We stayed here before, then now and again if we are in Bordeaux.

Room was spotless and well equipped. Front desk staff were wonderful and their restaurant recommendations were excellent.

The staff was absolutely lovely!

Ideally situated, quiet, and longstanding hotel. For a first visit to Bordeaux, We chose this hotel for what we thought would be a central location—absolutely so! And the tourist office is across the street. We also chose it because it’s been run by the same family for years, so non cookie-cutter. Great choice! Very professional staff—welcoming and helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and the 1925 was first-rate. Rooms are cared for, quiet, and fully-equipped. The breakfast was copious and varied. We are a retired couple who travel regularly. This hotel was an excellent choice and value.

Très déçu par cet hôtel 4 étoiles Les + : - l’emplacement - la propreté Les - : - la taille de la chambre microscopique - la petite taille du lit (on ne dort pas à 2 dans le lit 2 places) - le bruit, aucune isolation ni vers l’intérieur ni vers l’extérieur, on entend tout - les vibrations de toute la chambre dès que le tram passe - l’eau qui change de température brusquement (et vous brûle) - aucune prise électrique dans la chambre (ah si pardon, une au mini bureau sur lequel il y a une lampe de branchée - même pas une bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée Bref pas du tout satisfaisant. Je ne reviendrai pas.

Perfect location et nice view on the Quinquonces Square.

The best location for being in old Bordeaux. Super walkable, but also, at the junction of 3 tram lines! The only drawback is that the noise continues late into the night.

This was a terrible property.. My room was like a small cell.. No heat or air . Overlooked a utility alley.. No amenities.. all towels should be replaced and carpet was dirty. I would never suggest this property .

Excellent location and nice view on the river.

Clean. Quiet. Showed up too early, the room was not ready yet. Left my luggage with them. Came back in the afternoon and the luggage was already in my room. Very nice.

I’m glad I chose this hotel, which is conveniently located right next to the Quinconces station, making it very easy to get around. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour market is just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and helpful, which made my stay very pleasant. The breakfast is generous and includes French specialties such as pain au chocolat, canelés, macarons, and crêpes, along with excellent coffee. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the room and facilities. This hotel offers great value for money and fully merits the positive reviews it receives.

Great location, the main hub for trams is just across the street. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast covers all the basics you would expect.
