Hands down the best experience staying with social. Melissa the bartender was amazing with her genuine style, as was Alex. Room was Wonderful clean. It was to perfect. Most def coming back.

Socialtel in Lake Atitlan was AMAZING! It is a beautiful place, very helpful kind staff, clean, spacious, and in a great location. They have daily activities and you get a free welcome cocktail. My favorite part was breakfast! Where else can you get free breakfast of steak and eggs?! Ooof, elite experience! Will definitely recommend or come back! Thank you so much!

Great breakfast options and welcoming atmosphere

This hotel really captured the summer spirit! The check-in was smooth and welcoming. The welcome cocktail at The Beach bar was a lovely start. The pizza there was just right to keep the summer feeling alive. The outdoor gardens are beautiful, and at night, the lighting creates a bohemian atmosphere. After checking out, I paid to park my car overnight at the hotel so I could head to San Marcos La Laguna for a short stay.

Super convenient and cool location! I would 100% stay here again.

This was the perfect place to stay... 10/10 on every aspect. The rooms and facility were spotless and comfortable. There were plenty of activities to participate daily. The food was also amazing, especially the included breakfast. Great value for price.

La habitación que tuvimos era grande. La cama súper cómoda. Todo limpio y bonito. En el hotel no hay ruido y eso se agradecer para poder descansar. El staff súper amable. Le pongo 10/10. Sin lugar a dudas me volvería a quedar ahí y lo recomendare.

The hotel age is apparent, and it would benefit from maintenance. Additionally, some of the promotional images are misleading. I specifically booked this hotel based on picture depicting two hands framing a volcano view; however, this particular viewpoint is not on the premises. It is approximately a 10-minute walk away, and access is coingent upon purchasing a yoga class

Great breakfast options, great service. Location is great and you will generally always need earplugs anywhere in the town Panajachel.

The room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable! All the staff I interacted with were very friendly and the pool/common areas were lovely!

This was a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Note that this hotel chain is very focused on a younger crowd so expect dance music from breakfast onwards in the bar/restaurant as well as lots of ads and evening activities focused on partying. The organized outdoor activities such as hikes and lake tours were great and the staff were very helpful.
