The top of the bathroom door was hanging off and could have caused significant harm.

We made reservations for both breakfasts, but during breakfast the service was bad. They ignored us while serving other tables. We had to signal them to come and even then the service was poor. We cancelled the second day breakfast.

The most luxurious hotel of our two weeks tour of France and Spain. The rooms were simply wonderful and felt as if we were being spoilt. Posh restaurant was still friendly and fun at breakfast. An absolute bargain for a two day stay with easy access to the Picos Mountains.

Great location a block from the bay and promenade. Walk to the 'old' side of town for great restaurants. Area by the hotel with lovely grand houses. In room coffee. Tea available. Hot shower.

The hotel is modern and is a touch of luxury. Our room was spacious, comfortable bed and a lovely bathroom. Area is quiet for sleeping. Staff were helpful and courteous. Toiletries were a step above. Parking was easy and free. Close to beach and cafes and a nice stroll to main town centre. There is a small fridge in the room and a pod coffee machine. We wish we had time to stay longer.

Hotel muy cómodo en edificio moderno anexo al hotel histórico. Habitaciones muy cómodas. Remodelarla el lavabo con ducha ya que la bañera resbala. No hay servicio de recepción pero cruzas la calle y la tienes en el hotel. Relación calidad precio imbatible y a un paso de la playa.

Excelente opción para pasar una noche y conocer Ribadesella y pueblos cercanos. Ribadesella es muy pequeño así que con 2 o 3 horas lo ves todo. El hotel es moderno, personal muy atento, parking amplio con muchos puestos libres. Mejoraría un poco los muebles de las habitaciones. Le doy 9 de 10. Repetiría sin duda
