Overall a good stay at this hotel, convenient location, friendly staff, comfortable room. Just a few anomalies that would improve the stay. The room lacks power outlets and has no usb/usc charge options so to keep our phones charged we had to unplug lights, put the kettle under the desk etc. supplies in the room aren’t restocked - what you receive the first night is what you have for your stay. Teas, toiletries etc. Bar service was inconsistent.

This property has one parking space outside the property on the busy street for 15 minute unloading I could not communicate directly with the hotel as the number listed on the expedia website was not accurate. Someone did come and help us with our bags. There is a staircase to gain access to the lobby. And there is another staircase to go down to the elevator, Therefore it is not mobility friendly for people with walking issues., The bathroom layout is ridiculous. There is a huge room with a shower and a tub. However, there is only one sink with no counter space. In a room with two queen beds and a pullout, you would expect to find at least two sinks with adequate space for toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful and we were offered a late check out for an additional fee.

部屋は想像通りの清潔さと広さで、期待していた浴室も良かったです。もっとゆっくり滞在したかったと思える環境でした。モントリオールにまた行く機会があれば次もこのホテルを選びますし、友人にもオススメできます。 朝食は基本的に毎日同じメニューでしたがおいしく、コーヒーもスタッフが淹れたてを用意してくださるので有難かったです。 立地に関しても駅や便利なバス停も近く、どこに行くにも最適でした。また、すぐ近くに簡易なスーパーもありレストランも多くあったので周辺で楽しむことも可能でした。 治安に関してはあまり他所との差はわかりませんでした。 総じて、観光などで移動が多い方には強くこちらのホテルをオススメいたします。

Excellent place to stay in Montreal. Room was clean and beautiful and the staff was very helpful. We did a lot of walking right from the hotel. Included breakfast was very good and had upgrades to drinks and coffee for a fee.

Nice hotel and clean quiet rooms

Amazing hotel and staff. Just be prepared for parking. Valet is really not an option, but there is a really nice underground parking 1 block away, about $25 per night. You can drop your bags off curbside and park.

Staff and room were excellent. Area around hotel was nice. No parking garage, but valet parking is available.

Staff went above and beyond for us. Extremely helpful and accommodating. Welcome gift on arrival was a nice touch. However, the room was extremely hot, even after the staff tried to fix it.

Very Friendly Staff! Alexi, Gabriela, Anastasia are Super Nice, Professional and Caring. Brunch is Good and Hotel is only 23 Rooms for a Personable Experience. The Only down side is the Parking Availability. But Manageable. SUPER Clean Everywhere you Look!
