Too much street traffic. Too little sleep.

Loved that it was pet-friendly but there isn’t a lot of green space nearby. No ice machines but the desk staff were always courteous about filling ice bags. 40th street traffic can be loud but the hotel is so conveniently located to lots of walkable shops and restaurants.

This hotel had some positives, but not enough to make up for the sliding “barn door” on the bathroom. The barn door for the bathroom is very impractical and makes for an awkward stay if there is more than one person in the room. The door is not wide enough to cover the entire door frame and, even if it did, the gaps between the door frame and door itself make privacy nearly impossible. I appreciated the earplugs for the noise as it was quite loud, but this is a normal problem in any city. It would have been nice to have a water bottle filling station on our floor instead of only in the fitness center. This isn’t a big deal but is a convenience I’ve come to appreciate at other hotels. Not a complaint but just something to consider for curly haired guests- I bring a universal diffuser when I travel that does on most blow dryers but didn’t fit on the one provided. The barrel was too large. Overall, we appreciated the welcoming staff and cleanliness of the accommodations, but we would not stay here again because of the lack of privacy due to the bathroom door.

No swimming pool

Loved that there was valet parking we had a long day at the hospital so it was nice just to come and everything was quick and easy the staff was very friendly.

I loved the room!! It fit 5 people comfortably without feeling crowded. Pulling up to valet and parking was easy and convient especially since it was raining the weekend we stayed. Having no onsite parking was a bit of a downer but the valet service was always quick when it was time for us to leave the hotel.

Its a nice area. Parking is valet and is right behind the building. I love how being an old school the incorporated school things in the decorating. Very nice and clean. Very cozy room with a nice sized shower. Loved the industrial look of everything. Didnt get a chance to check out the rooftop bar though.

I liked how cute, clean and friendly the place and staff is. Being a visitor, I wasnt happy with finding parking, but I was not going to pay $28 plus tip to park overnight. I only neded a few hours. I found a close parking spot on Butler. Free parking 6pm -8am.

This location and room was a great value for the price. Would stay again!

Valet guy named Justin, Very rude and disrespectful! It was very disappointing.

The room overall was wonderful and the neighborhood was great. There was no parking available besides the valet, and no fridge or microwave either. We were here for a wedding, and were told we could get breakfast downstairs. To my surprise, no one was there. A man came about 10 or so minutes later and said "Yea our person just didn't show up, no breakfast today sorry." So we had to go about our entire day without eating until the evening as we were running around for the wedding. Additionally, we didn't get any compensation or even a voucher for food for the following morning. High end prices for very average service.

Only good for solo traveler. Barn door on bathroom door does not cover doorway entirely and has huge gap between door and wall. No privacy. Not good for couples who plan on using the bathroom. Sink in room is also not useful if one person is sleeping. Bad design choice. This hotel is ONLY good for solo travelers. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ask for room facing river or south. Otherwise you will face a Wendy’s.

Great time. First time stay, great roof top bar, food, and breakfast/coffee area. Free breakfast and free parking would have been even better. Valet parking team was awesome and is always available to get your car when needed.

The hotel was very modern and clean. Super quiet and tons of food places and things to around the area. Did not like the hotel has no parking only valet which was $28. It was not hard to find off street parking but who wants that when you’re paying for the hotel service.

Sheets and other things in the room were very clean.

Very clean, bed so comfy. Loved the roof top balcony. Staff awesome. The only thing we didn’t care for was no cleaning staff came in at all, we went and got new towels from front desk because the “green” plan was to reuse towels and washcloths, but we don’t reuse towels and washcloths and no one emptied trash in room or left new coffee packs for us each day. The breakfast room didn’t have people there for coffee sometimes. The front desk people had to come help us get coffee. The roof top staff was amazing.

Affordable, cozy, sleek, clean, would book again actually

First room the wall unit AC was not working, they moved me into another room quickly with no issues. But My second room the bathroom door would not stay closed. The shower head is on like a 12 foot celling and you cant angle it. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean. The rooftop bar was beautiful to read and have a night cap.

The bed was too too too soft.
