Nydelig lite hotel med masse sjarm og et personale som var behjelpelig med det meste

We had a wonderful stay at Garam Lisboa Guesthouse. The staff were very helpful and attentive, always ready with excellent suggestions for dinner and things to do. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it easy to relax. The location in the quiet Estrela district was perfect — peaceful yet still close enough to reach the city’s main attractions. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm and restful stay in Lisbon.

Beautiful place to stay- staff was beyond friendly and helpful!

Koselig sted med god atmosfære i en rolig del av Lisboa. Hyggelig personell. Liten bakhage der frokosten kunne inntas. Aircond på alle rom, men dårlig ventilasjon, litt lukt av mugg på vårt rom.

Hotellet er et lille smagfuldt indrettet hotel, hvilket vi gik efter. Vi elskede morgenmaden. Vi elskede personalet der var venligt og hjælpsomt. Desværre var de to værelser i stueplan, så fugtige, og med en forfærdelig lugt af fugtig kælder. Vi påtalte de flere gange, og personalet tog høfligt imod vores besked. Desværre var oplevelsen, at de havde hørt det flere gange. De to værelser burde ikke udlejes, og vurderes sundhedsskadelige. Måtte tage dobbelt astmamedicin, og øjnene blev røde. Øv øv, når resten var så godt.

Super accueil ainsi qu’un excellent séjour au Garam Hôtel, personnel très gentille, bon petit déjeuné, très jolie décoration, très bonne emplacement dans Lisbonne ( se situe au milieu de tout).

The room size was very small. There were no drawers to unpack our stuff. We were checked into a room with broken AC, which is not acceptable. The close by restaurant recommendations were not always reliable (they were closed). Breakfast was excellent. Staff responsiveness was excellent. They helped us with taxi reservations which we have greatly appreciated.

The room was too small and no desk and chair. The only place to sit is the bad and you have no where to write anything. If you open two suitcases, then you virtually can not move in the room.

Had such a unique experience at Garam Lisboa. It’s a cute boho chic guesthouse which is located close to public transportation. The staff were extremely helpful and made it such a welcoming and personalized experience. I would highly recommend this place.

Property was so unique and fun! Everyone we came across bent over backwards to help us and the breakfast was amazing!

Impolite service. For the very 1st time was charged for late check-in fee 15EUR. NEVER come back again.
