When we saw the stairs to the accommodation we climbed with trepidation. We were given the choice of a large en-suite room at the front , roadside, or a smaller room further back. We chose the room at the front overlooking the road, large a double and single with excellent air conditioning Overall the property could do with “refreshing”, but the service from the staff for whom nothing was too much trouble and great location more than made up for this.

A little cramped spaces. Staff was great and they served a very tasty assorted items breakfast . Nice location in the Medina. Older hotel but the price was low for the area.

Chambre salle, sans fenêtre, douche craquelée plafond en train de commencer à moisir. Pas de linge de toilette on a du en demander alors que c’était compris dans le service. Malgré tout très bon petit déjeuner.

Las instalaciones horribles, mucho polvo, todo en muy mal estado y la limpieza poca. No es un Rial y las fotos que salen en la página no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Lo único bueno el Personal, super atentos y educados.

Breakfast was very good. Staff were helpful. Internet was weak and cutting out. Room was ok.

ひとり旅で利用しました。 伝統的な形式、リヤドです。 部屋は清潔ですが、DIYで作られたお部屋なので便利さを求める方には難しいお部屋かと思います。しかし、スタッフがとても、とても親切です！部屋の設備が微妙でしたが優しいスタッフが居たおかげで気持ちは星5つです！値段を節約したくて、寝られれば良い！という方には良いホテルだと思います！そして、立地がとても良いので観光しやすいです！

The room was quite comfortable and clean, the staff also was really courteous and the breakfast also had good options though the supply was slow and items were running out quickly

Det er et billigt hotel! Det man får for pengene er en glimrende seng i et traditionelt marrokansk hotel. Helt ok morgenmad, søde og imødekommende personale og central beliggenhed. Lær at leve med det elendigt indrettede badeværelse, ‘wi-fy’ der virkede langsomt, da det på fjerdedagen endelig kom igang. Stol på personalet når de organiserer udflugter, hamam og taxi, de skal nok passe på dig. Det er vanskeligt, når regnen gør, at du må sidde på sengen med din morgenmads bakke på skødet …det regner jo ikke så ofte.

The Photos that they show are very old, nothing is like in the photos. The breakfast is just ok. Tooooooo expensive for the quality of the place. Besides that the staff is very kind and helpful.

Room and bathroom was terrible but the staff was excellent specially Amin was the sweetest person

Good location, close to main attractions. Staff was very accommodating, welcoming, very friendly. I'm a female solo traveler and felt very safe there. The breakfast is included and it was great. At the time of my visit there was construction happening across the street but I could barely hear it because the riad is very quiet inside. I had very good sleep and was satisfied with my room. I would stay there again when I go back to Marrakech. Thank you for making my stay perfect!

El personal maravilloso, jóvenes muy atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en cualquier cosa. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante, el acondicionamiento de la habitación estaba bien.
