Was a beautiful room very roomy will come back again soon

Property was well kept, with friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pool was small for what the rates are, but nonetheless a good location.

Continental breakfast is good. Good location and few steps at the beach

Wonderful stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

First night being hungry, we asked how late the restaurant stayed open; we were told 10pm. Well, they decided to close the restaurant “early”. Woke up to a cold shower with the explanation of a “pulling system” with “too many guests, and to give it time to reset”. Great day at the beach (nothing to do with the hotel). Ending a beautiful day at the beach only to have ANOTHER COLD SHOWER. The management offered to move us to another room, only to find THAT room also had no hot water. They moved us to ANOTHER room. Next morning had breakfast and was going to go to the beach, but wanted to check the water because I was going on day two without a hot shower - only to find… you guessed it NO HOT WATER! The management said he couldn’t offer any compensation, and the room is nonrefundable. We checked out a day and a half early and went home to a hot shower! This whole “non-refundable but we can treat you however we want” is getting COMPLETELY OUT OF HAND!! No free appetizer, no free parking, no half off a room. In fact the manager looked at me and said, “well I’m getting ready to leave”, put his book bag over his shoulder (yes book bag), and gave me to another employee. The lack of “give a crap” is incredible. The ONLY nice thing about the hotel is the view, and the lobby (check-in) staff. So, if you want to pay the same price as a 4-star hotel and roll-the-dice on whether the restaurant will be open, and a hot shower, but it’ll have a nice view, this hotel is for you!

AT the front desk I was hit with a parking fee, which was not previously mentioned. Room cleaning does not exist, instead they come every 2 days with clean towels an empty riduculously small waste baskets. That is all. Breakfast is not much better than a Day's Inn. Water is only given to Marriott Members, not "3rd party" bookings. We left a day early and swallowed the days' rent.

Everything was good with the exception of the water pressure of the shower, other than that is great!

Very clean, neat in a very nice quite location of Myrtle Beach.. staffs very friendly and except the $20.00 nightly parking charge everything else was exactly the way it was described👍👍 I loved the balconies. We had an oceanfront room in 15th floor, which was a suite and was enough space for our family of 3… the view from 25floor was magnificent. The breakfast area was so nice neat and wonderful. The gym had a beautiful view of the beach. And all the first floor and second floor had even big balconies for guest to enjoy the breakfast or just sitting in front of the bar and enjoy their drinks with the nice view of ocean.

Staff was friendly and helpful, room and surroundings were crisp and clean, I would absolutely stay here again and again!

Hotel was a little outdated. Showers weren't the best. Everything else was OK.

Nice location!

Arrived late Friday night to find sand in both beds as if sheets werent changed from previous guests. Since housekeeping wad gone for the day, we were told to come to the front desk if we wanted new sheets to remake our beds. Just gross and bad business.

Loved the location, our room was great & the staff was friendly. We did not like the constant long wait for the elevator. It did not seem like they were all working & there were not any signs right effect.

Ocean front has breathtaking views! The room though compact includes a full size refrigerator, mini stove, dishwasher. The A/C only works when balcony door is closed (decide between hearing the waves or cooling the room). I was surprised that flying insects still reach the 12th. The mattress was too hard and pillows too soft. Pets allowed. We had to close balcony because room next were smoking marijuana.
