Check-in was convoluted with unnecessary questions. Room was nice and clean but bathroom, although functional, was tired and ready for refurbishment. Food and drink in the bar was good.

Bed was comfy and the room wasn’t too hot or cold. The WiFi however was pretty terrible coverage and reliability wise.

no lift, had to go to pub reception for extra tea bags and milk which was in different building

Staff very good, worked hard, extremely busy. More instructions around to help guests do more for themselves rather than having to ask staff would. my wife said most comfortable bed she has slept in for years. Excellent location with ample car parking.

Good accommodation

The room was clean and comfortable. Chambermaids happy and cheerful. But the dar and restaurant leaves a lot to be desired, miserable staff, poor food quality, slow service. I recommend the rooms, but not the pub side.

We enjoyed the stay and the room was clean and modern with super fast internet speed. There's a pub connected to the hotel and a playground liternally next to it. The hotel is well deserved for high ratings.

Good all round facilities.

Lovely stay, would recommend for room comfort, climate control in every room is amazing. Staff very helpful and provide a rubber bath mat on request. Food menu very varied. Great stopover. We stayed en route to the north and back a week later. Totally recommended.
