Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel Montreal Metropolitan, BW Signature Collection

There’s nothing around to see or visit . There TV and Phone not working for 2 nights we stayed. No maintenance guy to fix a broken tv or phone or at least they can find something for us to move room. Over all it’s a bad stay. Not happy for the service!

Very clean inside and very welcoming. Outside not so good but had nothing to don with the hotel. Very quiet ask.

Great hotel at a good price

This area has a high incidence of car theft, and the hotel parking lot is known to be one of the frequent targets. Unfortunately, the hotel staff has been unable to implement effective measures to prevent these incidents, leading to continued inconvenience for guests.

Une propreté douteuse d’une premiere chambre. Une deuxième chambre avec une génératrice fonctionnant 24h/24h vraiment bruyante empêchant de dormir.

The check-in was so slow we waited after a long drive for 45 minutes. Then each area of the hotel had a very unique and unusual smell. This was unsettling itself was satisfactory. You can tell that there is age on the building. The renovations have at least made it comfortable bed however, after our walk around Montreal, we returned to find the elevator not working. We had to then walk out four flights of stairs, which is very uncomfortable for my injured husband‘s knee as well. The windows were disgusting. When you open to look outside all it was was dirty and then when I woke up in the morning to take a shower, I could not get any warm water. I had to take a cold shower. The parking was across a busy street which if you have kids is very kind as well. We parked underneath a busy highway bridge. It felt very unsafe to leave my car there. There were other abandoned cars in this location,Breakfast had a lot of waste and served all the cheapest quality and ingredients for breakfast bruised apples, cheap white bread margarine I’m not sure the eggs were real eggsI will not be returning.

Poor quality service. Unacceptable breakfast included! It doesn’t even worth trying! Toilet was dirty and I had to clean it myself! They charged us extra for a crib and they gave us a playpen without mattress!

L’hôtel est très bien situé, on est proche de presque tout dans la ville. Pour ma part, la chambre que j’avais était bruyante, le réfrigérateur est placé trop proche du lit. De plus on entendait presque tout de l’extérieur et ça dérange énormément le sommeil. Pour le reste c’était bien, l’accueil, le personnel était sympathique ! C’est un bon petit hôtel dans un petit quartier et le rapport qualité prix correspond. Je le recommande ! Merci !
