All the staff were friendly, helpful and prompt with their service. Food- breakfast was amazing ' fresh, good variety and tasty. Room was clean just alittle noisy as we were sea view facing and lots of people walking and talking til late. In a good area and close to beach and restaurants.

The hotel is close to the beach, just across the road. There's a good selection of breakfast buffet options. The rooftop bar is pretty good and located next to the pool.

Nice clean hotel in a great location, right on the seafront. Has a great rooftop pool with some nice food at the pool bar. Restaurant is ok, doesn't really have many options but really enjoyed the chef who can make pancakes, eggs, etc fresh. The main reason for 3 stars is the rooms, this hotel is very noisy and I barely slept. The walls are paper thin, and you can hear everything outside. The bin men come at 2am (I know this isn't the hotels fault) but it is SO loud. We had the city view which looks onto apartments, and you can hear their dogs barking or them pulling up in their motorbikes throughout the night. The doors need to be made better so you can't hear anything. Also, you are given one pillow, which isn't enough and there aren't any spares in the wardrobe. I would stay here again but it needs some improvement

This hotel is in a quiet, pleasant area near the castle. It's really the best part of town! It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The view of the ocean is amazing, and the cars aren't too loud with the balcony door closed. The pool area has a great view with glass blocking the wind at the chairs (it doesn't block the wind from the pool though, which is very cold). The only thing we didn't like is that they allow smoking on the balconies. The smoke somehow came in the vents in our room, super thick and pungent, even though we had our balcony door closed. It was unbearable.

Top marks for all! Amenities, staff, cleaning, atmosphere, food, beds, lighting, sea views, pool, bar area and look of the hotel. Couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

Sauberes Zimmer und nettes Personal Gutes Frühstück und sehr gutes Abendessen

Jeg havde betalt ekstra for udsigt imod stranden. Det var en god beslutning! Virkelig en pæn udsigt. Personalet der var super søde og hjælpsomme. Lokationen også rigtig god, med maks 30 min ind til centrum af lloret de mar. Nemt at komme rundt omkring på gåben. Maden var også rigtig god. Jeg kan godt lide at der står en kok og tilbereder alt det varme a la minut. Når man gør det er det som om det hele er lidt mere friskt, dog kan man godt blive lidt angstprovokeret af at der måske er nogen bag en og at man måske bestiller “meget mad” i deres øjne. Ellers super fint med udvalgt osv.

Kohtuu aamupala, huoneen siivous pyyhk,vaihto ok.Hotellin päivitystä remontin suhteen ei näyttänyt siltä,että olisi remontoitu.Pahin asia meille oli, huoneen piti olla parvekkeellinen tilauskuvan mukaan,koska olimme myös huoneen varanneet ajoissa.Emmekä saaneet sitä vaihdettua vaihdettua.Meitä oli kolme pariskuntaa samalla viivalla. Staff was not friendly. We did not feel welcomed. We had to ask for clean towels. There we no housekeeping services other than the trash was thrown. The location and view was great.

Não tenho grandes reclamações, mas não seria um hotel que eu ficaria novamente, talvez haja opções melhore. O que considero importante para compartilhar: 1- hotel não tem estacionamento e o serviço de valley tem vagas limitadas. Disseram que priorizam hóspedes que vão ficar a semana toda. Se for de carro terá que pagar 30euros a diária ou 15euros em um estacionamento a 5 min de caminhada. Na região do hotel é muito difícil conseguir vagas gratuitas na rua. 2- o hotel cobra no mínimo 10 euros por dia caso você queira usar o cofre no quarto. 3- shampoo e sabanete de baixa qualidade, condicionador não oferecem. 4- pessima acustica. Você houve barulhos de porta e conversas no corredor. 5- café da manhã muito bom. Diversas opções e itens de qualidade. 6- localização excelente.

Beaucoup d'options au déjeuner, dont plusieurs options véganes. Personnel accueillant. Peu d'aménités dans les chambres pour le prix payés. Difficile de se stationner près de l'hôtel, excepté la zone réservée pour débarcadère. Odeur de fumée dans la chambre. La climatisation fonctionne bien.

Der Pool auf der Dachterrasse ist der Wahnsinn!

Hôtel coquet avec le personnel très à l écoute disponible et très gentil, proche de la plage , séjour très agréable seul bémol le ménage des chambres bien que quotidien reste sommaire.

Tutto perfetto, personale e buffet il top

Bel hôtel avec petit déjeuner et dîner. L’hôtel est très beau et la vue superbe. Le personnel accueillant et la situation de l’hôtel est idéal. L’eau de la piscine est salée tout comme la facture du parking en face, comptez 30€ la journée
