Très bien, bon séjour, hôtel propre et bien placé.

La chambre est très mal insonorisée : on entend tout ce qui se passe à l’extérieur. La propreté est également à améliorer. La chambre était poussiéreuse, les serviettes sentaient mauvais et il y avait des cheveux accrochés à certaines d’entre elles. Séjour correct dans l’ensemble, mais décevant sur ces points.

チェックイン時のスタッフは一見、冷静そうでしたが、困った時は翻訳で説明してくれたり、部屋に電話をかけてくれてとても親切でした！ お部屋は新しいエアコン設備が整っており、酷暑でも快適でした！シャワー設備の天井と手元を切り替えるノブが壊れていたのと、シャワーの水が中々流れないくらいで、ドライヤーも十分な風量がありました！ 酷暑だったため、チェックアウト後に少し休ませて欲しいと伝えたらロビーで休憩させてくれましたし、駅までのタクシーも手配してくれました！とても親切な対応をありがとうございました！

Bom hotel, com quarto e banheiro enormes e limpos, os funcionários são gentis e o check in é fácil. O quarto estava reformado e confortável, com ar condicionado bom. Fica a 5 minutos a pé da estação Pasteur, que dá acesso a todos os pontos turísticos facilmente de metrô, tem muitos mercadinhos, lojas e lanchonetes na rua, mesmo sendo um bairro bem simples, no centro, eu recomendo.

Very small room Air conditioner was not there. It’s air cool and not much scope of opening windows. Did not provide extra fan either. Staff was not very helpful I would rate this place as 1.5star. Not 3 or 4 star

Unclear checkin instruction. So-so breakfast and the AC didn't work. Located in a bad neighborhood.

Ihan hyvä hotelli, kätevällä paikalla (metron lähellä). Kohde oli muuten ihan siisti, mutta lakanassa oli jotain likaa.

Je vous conseil pas, Pas propre, petit déjeuner bof, emplacements bof. Lit pas confortable, la douche marche pas, pas de double vitrage beaucoup beaucoup de bruit horrible.

チェントラーレ駅からは不便ですがドゥオモまでは地下鉄でとても便利です。周りは移民の方が多いようでしたが、静かに眠ることが出来ました。暗くなってから出掛けるのは気を付けた方が良さそうですが、タバコを吸う為のバルコニーがあるので、外に出る必要が無いのはとても良かったです。

They keep the AC at 24 degrees Celsius. You cannot change it. It’s located in a bad neighborhood (unsafe place). It’s unsanitary (very dirty/ mole everywhere). Do not stay there.

Total überteuertes Hotel, minimal eingerichtetes Zimmer und Bad, sehr laut auch bei geschlossenem Fenster, Frühstück mittelmässig.....

the hotel is nice, and clean. the staff is good and helpful. the area around the hotel is very questionable specially for a family with kids. went out for a walk and felt very uneasy. would not suggest this area for a family stay.

The room was fair for the price. There aren't any tea making facilities. The staff were helpful and the room was clean. The check in is at the third floor.

Great experience. Employees were helpful with any information I requested and helped make my visit as comfortable as possible.
