Hôtel plutôt agréable et propre. Les chambres sont spacieuses. Plusieurs bémols toutefois: l’accueil a été très froid, sans aucune information donnée. La personne de l’accueil qu’on a vu un peu plus tard semblait bien plus accueillante. Très peu de services proposés dans cet hôtel (pas de petit déjeuner inclus, pas de piscine, pas de laverie). Sinon l’hôtel est plutôt bien placé dans une rue agréable.

The beds in our hotel room are so uncomfortable. For the price we paid, we were expecting to have a luxury stay at what we thought was a luxury hotel.

A girls trip to Cleveland and an over night stay at The Cotton House Hotel was excellent! The suite was AMAZING. Everyone was so courteous. Everything was clean! We enjoyed our stay sooooo much!

I had a wonderful experience, my room was on the 5th floor and love it.

I used to go to this property a few years ago and still absolutely love the location and the space. It has a comfortable bedroom and a spacious room in general. We love the little restaurant downstairs, Staples. However, this weekend is an exception. The AC is not working in the lobby area, and our room was at 78 degrees when we checked in. The room finally reached a comfortable temperature around 10 PM. It took approximately 6 hours for the room to cool down to 69 degrees. The lobby is unbearable, as it reaches 95 degrees during the day.

Had a wonderful stay. Restaurant and bar were small but totally adequate for Cleveland. Great location! Live music in the park and farmers market Saturday morning. Cute shops.

Loved everything about this place. So professional and clean. Most definitely will be staying again when I come back to Mississippi.

The Cotton House is a modern hotel with very friendly staff and is located within walking distance of several restaurants and shops along Cotton Row. Our room was very spacious and comfortable.

The property is in a perfect location for Cleveland, MS. It's a lovely hotel with equally lovely staff. Great rooftop bar. Good food menu and nice restaurant with a cool vibe. The fitness room is smaller but nice and worthwhile. It's a good hotel. Rooms are well designed. Housekeeping staff was very good on our stay there. What is truly needed here is an A-1 housekeeping Manager. The Cotton house has all of the potential to get easily to a 4.5 star rating, they just need to be more honed and precise in housekeeping details. This hotel is the best no doubt in the area and I am pretty fastidious and it worked well for me. Do go!

Probably the nicest option in Cleveland. It wasn’t dirty, but it wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed. Bathroom could use some more attention to detail on the cleaning, but that’s with high expectations, as people should have for the price of the stay there.

Room was nice and comfortable. Location is great. Easy to get to hotel, and there are good places to eat at nearby.

Beautiful hotel, fun bar and restaurant

This business trip turned out to be a fun trip as well! The hotel is nice and. Lean, and the restaurant in the lobby is amazing!

This hotel is very expensive but there are no amenities included; no breakfast, no microwave, not even a book in the room detailing property info or nearby attractions. The hot water was scare.
