The room was lovely with excellent views of the bay. A short walk to the centre of St Ives, however, like other properties there, it was a steep climb heading back. The host was approachable, with a self service breakfast available.

Nicely located a short walk from both beaches and the town centre. It is very clean and tidy. The room we stayed in was lovely. Mary who ran it was very friendly and helpful during our stay. The parking spot is invaluable in St Ives as there is literally nowhere to park without paying a fortune (if you can find a car park with a free space that is). The town has very narrow single lane roads so the last thing you want to be doing is driving round looking for somewhere to park. Very pleased overall. The view from the property is really nice.

Great position and views- superb hospitality in all areas

Nice room with a sea view. Was informed initially there was free parking. However after booking we were told that if our car was larger than a Ford Fiesta we would have to use a public car park. We were however able to squeeze in - to use a public car park would have been very inconvenient and incur a cost. We were asked to change rooms as apparently someone was coming into the one they put us in. No big deal. The jacuzzi bath didn't work. On mentioning this they referred us to switches out on the landing that were off - no instructions given that we should turn them on. Breakfast was nicely done but you have to order it the night before.
