Friendly team, nice location, just set back far enough to not be in the noisy night life of the old town, but close enough to walk within in a few minutes. Breakfast was pretty standard, but worked for us. Rooms were a good size, plenty of space, balcony over looking the ocean was a nice touch.

Place looked dated. Carpet in dinning area needs replacing along with table and chairs.Air con in room not very effective Location central to alot of restaurants. Beachfront hotel with nice views. Lovely rooftop restaurant on the beach close to the public lift.

There was a condom under our bed when we arrived, rooms weren’t clearly cleaned or restocked. But the location was amazing and worth it.

It is on the beach. We arrived late in the evening! Next morning I ask the gal in charge about getting some service for our room. She indicated that was not available there. I also ask re towel service. No wash clothes. Only 2 small bath towels a day. Some of them came with holes in the towels and were very stiff due to washing ! House keepers were amazing and would step up for what we needed !!! We loved the singer in the evening. Too bad there was only a handful of people attending. Marketing the singer and bar obviously was not a priority ! Breakfast was good. ! Staff there was very helpful. This is a resort that could be fantastic! Management and corporate should re evaluate. Thank you. Ps. Let guests know who are booked months ahead that the pool will not be available. Due to structural issues. Full of water they said. Too many what ifs. Overall fun time for all. In the village and restaurants! Outside the hotel !!!

Beautiful views.

The place lives up to the price point. Nice room and bathroom, clean everywhere, personell very very polite and helpful. Its easy to get around. The proximity to the beach its great (the beach itself its clean and well maintained). Definetly somewhere i would return with pleasure.

Extremely good hotel, location, decor and staff. Pool out of order during our stay and wouldn't recommend the free sister hotel pool up the road! But you do have a lovely beach tight there so not needed! Great stay

Clean towels every day would be nice

The location in old town was excellent as was the amazing sea view. The staff was lovely and helpful. Unfortunately, the bed had a top sheet and no blanket/duvet. There were comforters in a closet but we had no idea if they were previously used so did not use them. The towels were subpar and had a few holes in them. Our air conditioning never really kicked in and it was hot. For location, staff and view I would stay there. Know that other things in the room are not 4 stars.

This hotel is as advertised. Nice, clean, on the beach. This is maybe a 3 star hotel tops. Don't go here expecting 5 star. But, it is in a great location and clean with a very nice beach.

Perfect location, probably the best in Albufeira old town, great breakfasts and friendly staff, highly recommended, Property ace location is due to it being 60 years there, but it has been modenised very well, so dedicated room aircon, updated bathroom and superb showers.

Our bathroom had someone’s else long hair hanging from the rail and on the walls we asked for it to be cleaned but it never was The room was clean but beds are hard Staff are very friendly

Great location in Old Town. Roof top room overlooked the ocean. Room was very clean and big. The included breakfast was wonderful as we looked out on the water and beach. We were able to check in early after an overnight flight and have breakfast too. We enjoyed the adults only atmosphere. Would easily stay here again.
