Top tip 1: don't pay for a swim up room, they're basically just an overlooked bath on the balcony, cannot swim in them at all! Only reason for 4/5. Top tip 2: there is a complimentary room for later travellers to freshen up, have a shower before leaving, so don't pay for a late check out. Top tip 3: we arrived early and left late, but given our wrist bands on arrival and allowed to keep them until departure. Top top 4: pool has walk in steps as opposed to ladders, and a hoist for disabled guests. Pool very warm day 1, but cooled down the following. Weather warm and it needed this! Animation and reception team, food.and drink, rooms, all lovely.

Excelente todo, solo que las piscinas no están climatizadas… principios de mayo y el clima no estaba cooperando y no nos pudimos meter por lo frío que estaba.

Hotel impecable con ubicación junto a un extremo de la playa de Santo Tomás. Todas las instalaciones están como el primer día. Eso sí, la app no está en español y la información de actividades diarias es en inglés y alemán. Tener presente que las actividades son en inglés. Ya que la mayor parte de clientes es de esa nacionalidad.

Gorgeous location and hotel! The clientele was a bit older than me, but I felt comfortable and really enjoyed everything the hotel had to offer. The staff was amazing. Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing staff, great food, clean! In a very nice and quiet area of the island! Has an amazing on call doctor connected to the hotel, who is amazing and extremely kinda and knowledgeable.

Beautiful hotel and area. Stayed with my boyfriend for a few days and we had a great time exploring the island. Our room was clean and the facilities were great. However, we were the only guests under the age of 60 years old. Something to consider when booking your stay. Dinner is not served later than 9:30pm and breakfast no later than 10:30am.
