Hotel antigo mas com muita qualidade para visita ao Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela

We have stayed here several times. Nice atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff at all positions. It is clean and nice. The breakfast is lovely, the outdoor area is an experience. THANKS to all!

A little tired but still very comfortable... the walk to the pool is not the most accessible and anyone with issues with stairs should be aware - there are a lot to get to the pool from the hotel and back! Staff were lovely and the pool area was a great place to relax in the heat of the afternoon.

Ich kann das Hotel nur Empfehlen. Die Seia bittet viele alte Gassen und Gebäude. Die Restaurant sind im preislichem Rahmen und die kleinen Kaffee's und Bäckereien sind sehr angenehm. Seia ❤️

Já fiquei algumas vezes no hotel e infelizmente caiu muito o café da manhã. A falta de frigobar nos quartos prejudica muito.

Hotel aprazível, com estacionamento. Bom ponto de partida para subir a serra da estrela.

Bem gostei do hotel, quarto agradável, hotel limpo, empregados super simpáticos principalmente a senhora que serve o pequeno almoço muito gentil, tomamos café por dois dias e o café foi básico mais tudo muito fresco, deveriam colocar uma sanduicheira, o estacionamento fica fora do hotel e não há acesso interno toda vez que precisamos sair foi necessário sair do hotel na chuva e ir até o estacionamento poderiam ter portas disponível para os hóspedes

Senti falta fregobar

Phone in room did not work. Had to ask for toilet paper they only had half of a small roll & no extra in the room & no Wi-Fi. Everything else was good…

The staff was really friendly. Rooms were nice and cozy. Wasn’t a huge fan of the carpeted floors, but definitely not a deterrent. Lots of parking. Breakfast was amazing. Staff recommended Borge’s restaurant for dinner- it’s a short walk and worth it!

Super schön

Muito agradável, pessoal super simpático, muito bom pequeno almoço. Dispõe de tomadas para carregamento de viaturas elétricas. Infelizmente o restaurante não está aberto.

Hotel algo datado - quarto pequeno, alguma mobília antiga misturada com itens recentes. Mas a limpeza é impecável, e tem uma piscina muito agradável numa envolvente cheia de árvores e arbustos.

Bon hôtel. En cette période particulière liée à la crise du Covid, nous comprenons les mesures mises en place dans les hôtels au Portugal..mais que l'on nous impose la prise de température au check-in, alors qu'aucun autres hôtels ne le fait, c'était un peu trop...nous n'avons pas trop apprécié...
