Ormai sono anni che vado in questo albergo, ma a mio malgrado durante questo ultimo viaggio ho notato che l’albergo avrebbe bisogno di un rinnovo perché alcuni particolari della struttura sono da rivedere. Il bagno principalmente ha bisogno di un rinnovamento totale.

Great hotel very close to main attractions, with spacious rooms and an excellent staff. (Special thanks to Ivailo who made our stay especially memorable with his willingness to help and his wonderful sense of humor.) As a bonus, the hotel also contains the largest collection of contemporary Bulgarian art--there's fabulous art everywhere, the lobby, hallways, individual rooms, breakfast area, everywhere. The pool and fitness room are really nice; the pool requires a swim cap so be sure to take one.

Für den Preis ok, in die Jahre gekommene Möbel, Badezimmer sauber und die Jungs waren von der Whirlwanne fasziniert!

Buona la camera ed il bagno. Peccato due letti singoli invece di un matrimoniale. La stanza per fortuna sul retro visto il viale sul davanti molto trafficato. Buona colazione. Ho provato anche il ristorante e anch'esso buono e non caro. Gradita la vicinanza con la stazione ferroviaria e pure a piedi per il centro storico

Très bon hôtel, bien situé et bien agencé. La qualité d’accueil (sourire, sens du service…) pourrait être meilleure même si elle reste correcte.

No habia utilizado Spa pero parecía muy bien, sobre todo piscina. Ha un mall a 10min caminando

The room was good except not soundproof, you can hear neighbours talking. The breakfast was below expectation, not appealing, and we got a bit of food poisoning on our last day.
