İlk gördüğümde çok farklı gelmişti ama yerleştikten sonra her şey yolunda gitmeye başladı bence kahvaltı yemekler çok güzel personel ile ilgili temizlik on numara daha ne olsun sadece Park sıkıntısı var

Kétségek között vártam nyaralásunk kezdetét,de minden várakozásomat fölülmúlta a Karolina Hotel szépsége,tisztasága,vezetőinek,dolgozóinak vendég specifikus hozzáállása.Az időjárás ugyan mostohább volt a vártnál,de a hotel vendégszeretete kárpótolt bennünket,jövőre újra jövünk!

Food wasn’t labeled and was almost the same everyday, very greasy meals which made us to feel sick in the last 2-3 days. The cleaning staff didn’t came in the last days, no vaccuming was made, beds were not changed and lot of sand was in the room. Höwedes, The reception staff was friendly, the apartament and balcony were big enough.

pretty bog standard hotel, clean spacious and friendly, it’s tried to be like the grand in London but has fallen short on things like coffee making facilities and the “buffet” is a bit 2 star Benidorm, you can see in to everyone else’s room and there are a few topless people about, mainly Germans. On the whole it’s ok but have a feeling there are better hotels in the area

L'hôtel est bien entretenu et tout semble très spacieux. Cela est vrai dans le hall d'entrée mais aussi dans la chambre. L’accueil m'a semblé un peu improvisé mais très professionnel. Étant arrivé par bus à Nessebar, j'ai été agréablement surpris en voyant que l'hôtel était plus proche de cette ville que ce que laissait penser la carte, un bon point pour les voyageurs avec gros sac à dos ! La piscine comprise dans le prix de la chambre est une bonne chose lorsque la mer est agitée (drapeau rouge).
