Great location near to train station, the market and historical centre. Great staff and nice breakfast.

Localização perfeita, próximo ao Centro Histórico, bares e restaurantes. Única observação é com relação ao colchão, precisa ser trocado.

Good location, close to the centre of town. Hard to find at first. (Ask for good directions.)

It is ש poor hotel. It should be refurbished in order to be suitable to guest people. However the 3 lady's of the team helped a lot in staying only one night. They were wonderful in every possible criterion, including smile and understanding.

Uns hat alles gut gefallen, bis auf sehr altmodische Toilette und Klimaanlage tropfte ständig. Parken in der Tiefgarage nur kleine Autos zu empfehlen.

The room was very small - the shower moint was broken. The shower base didn’t drain well so we had to turn the flow off so it didn’t flood. Service was exceptional - good breakfast - tea service on request.

The room: showed distinct signs of wear & tear & shower was dysfunctional & put more water on the bathroom floor than on me in the shower. Thank god for Filipe Nogueira(receptionist who provided terrific/excellent service and his backup, a young woman, whose name I didn’t obtain, also provided good service. On the plus side, the hotel’s location was easy to find & ideally located to centro.

The hotel was well-located in the town. We appreciated the helpful receptionist allowing us to check in before the allotted time. The room was OK for a short stay. We had a balcony, but no chairs on it. The bed was too hard for comfort. The tv had lots of channels and the internet signal was good. We experienced a lot of noise from other guests and from construction outside.
