The staff was amazing, and they went the extra mile to be accommodating from check in to check out and everything in between. It is a beautiful location surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature. What a lovely experience!

Awesome panoramic views

Eden Rock was the perfect oasis in Florence. Small with a very attentive staff, excellent food, and a pool worth spending hours at. The views are outstanding from the hills above Florence. Our room had its own terrace and we spent a lot of time there. One reminder is that it is away from the city center and it takes some planning to get there, however the staff is there to help.

I had the most wonderful stay at Eden Rock Resort in Florence! From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how quiet and peaceful the surroundings were. The serene atmosphere made it feel like a true escape from the bustle of everyday life. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Sylvia, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality and helpful recommendations really made our experience unforgettable, especially as we were travelling with a 1yr old. The combination of tranquil surroundings and exceptional service made this one of the most enjoyable stays I've had in Italy!

We arrived late {1030pm} with only one night stay due to airline cancellations, but Sylvia at the front desk was more than willing to help us in any way possible. Room is huge & modern, incredibly view. Breakfast :delightful staff, many options, incredible coffee! Clash check out with a nice man who helped us out with our luggage on a rainy day!

We loved it here. Our rooms were beautiful and we enjoyed using the pool. It was easy to catch a bus into Florence and the managers were really helpful with all of our questions. Finally, we loved the breakfast each morning, and we enjoyed a nice dinner poolside our first night.

Great clean safe accommodations with stunning views of Florence. The pool was great for the kids and the onsite restaurant and staff were amazing.

Unfortunately it is very difficult to find the property, we spent 90 minutes driving around. When we finally got there we encountered zero empathy for the pain to reach them, the room didn't have the specifications required (separate beds) and we didn't feel welcomed. We decided not to stay and left.

This property was stunning. Amazing views of Florence and beautiful property. Out of the busy city and only a few minutes in to town. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Danielle, lucila, franchesca and all the stuff were absolutely magnificent, helpfull and took care of everything. Breakfast is super, the resturant was great! And the best is the view, maybe the greatest view in firenze. Thank you, i will defenitly come back

Very nice place. Booked because of the positive reviews and the place did not disappoint! Lovely setting on the hillside, build mostly in natural stone. Nice setting by the pool for breakfast / restaurant. Spacious room (suite) with great views. Very friendly staff and atmosphere! Would certainly come again!
