Lovely hotel

Très belle hotel au Luxembourg, bonne accueil petit déjeuner copieux, chambre côté parcs.

Very good: Friendly staff, spacious room, nice decoration Venetian style, balcony with view to a park. Not so good: Bathrooom is not optimal for taking showers, as there is no curtain or screen to protect the room from getting soaked and wet.

Bon séjour, personnel aimable.

Nothing special, Location ok and has a garage and that’s why I have chosen it.

We stayed at this hotel for five days, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The rooms were spacious and comfortable but very cold. The heating was insufficient, especially on the top floor where we stayed initially. In the bathroom, the only source of heat was an infrared bulb, which barely managed to warm the space. The biggest issue was the shower. On several days, we had to endure cold showers, which was extremely unpleasant. Even after we were moved to a different room, it was still cold, and the problem with hot water persisted. To make matters worse, on the last night, the staff left the windows wide open in our new room, and we returned to find it freezing cold. While the hotel is in a quiet location, this does not compensate for the lack of adequate heating, hot water, and attentive service. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable, and we cannot recommend this hotel, especially during colder months.

What a lovely hotel! Upgrade the room and stay in the one facing the park.

Les + : emplacement, propreté, petites attentions pour notre chien, le petit dej plutôt bien Les - : beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre sans possibilité de baisser le chauffage, isolation vitres et murs.

Das Hotel hätte mit seiner perfekte Lage am Familienpark mit Wasserbecken eine gewisse Ruhe und Harmonie erwarten lassen. Leider war der Empfang für meine Erfahrung sehr kalt und gleichgültig. Kein herzliches Hallo und auch kein Willkommen heissen. Es war eine pure Abfertigung am Fliessband. Obwohl in der Hotelbeschreibung auch Englisch und Deutsch angeboten ist, war die Kommunikation auf französisch durchgeführt worden. Es war unglaublich anstrengend und ermüdend, da ich mich nicht ausdrücken konnte und somit nicht verstanden fühlte. Das Hotelzimmer ist sauber, aber nicht gut gepflegt. Mindestens zwei Wandlampen sind locker und hängen schräg runter. Die Stuhlpolsterung ist fleckig und an den Ritzen staubig. Dass es trotz einer Vorauszahlung der Zimmer beim Einchecken nochmals eine pauschalen Anzahlung verlang wird, hat mir mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel total vermiest.

Der Eingang war sehr schön.Freundliche Bedienung, leider kein der deutschsprechen konnte. Das Frühstück müssten wir außerhalb des Hauses einnehmen. Es war kein Balkon und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden,das Zimmer war zu strassenseite und deshalb auch zu laut. keine

The property is dated and in desperate need for renovation. Parking spaces in the garage are tight. Cleanliness is ok. Authone, the receptionist, is welcoming and helpful.

Mooie klassieke accomodatie, in prettige omgeving, met een park meteen achter het hotel. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Bovendien ligt het hotel op loopafstand van verschillende bezienswaardigheden en uitgaansgelegenheden.

This was our first time in Luxembourg and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. The centre was walkable in 15 minutes and the neighbourhood was quiet, safe and friendly. The park behind the hotel was an amazing bonus.
