Hotel bem localizado, perto do arpoador. Quartos reformados.

The toilet was already blocked with the first time using it. We asked at the reception to fix it but they did not. The shower kept dripping the entire time and the bed was also not that comfortable. The location is good and the breakfast was also really good.

Me hospedei no 6° andar e o quarto era otimo. Tudo funcionou perfeitamente. A limpeza era ótima. Era muito bom voltar para o quarto limpinho depois de um dia inteiro. Banheiro impecável. Atendimento muito bom e café da manhã padrão. Localização excelente em lugar silencioso, perto do metrô, praias e restaurantes.

Hôtel et chambre très propres. Personnel très gentil. Déjeuner correct (toujours la même chose, trop caloriques, déjeuner-desserts, trop de gâteaux), Hôtel très bien situé.

The first impression was a bit disappointing since the hotel looks outdated and could use some renovation. But after staying here for 5 days I would definitely recommend It. The location is excelent. It is a very safe area and quite close from both Ipanema and Copacabana beachfronts. The staff was friendly and quite efficient. In particular, Elias was extremely helpful when we needed some assistance during our stay. Breakfast was also a highlight. The bedroom also looks outdated but the quality of sheets and towels was excelent, and so was the shower. Overall a 9/10 experience.
