this property is in a good location. Rooms have alot of character. People are very nice.

Staff was great and hotel was a nice little place. I would stay again! Close to train station, attractions, and shopping!

This place was an unexpected awesomeness!!! Google maps did not help us find it… so warning there put in the name of the property as that is how we found it… it is down an ally between a restaurant and retail shop you will walk past it multiple time… the waiter finally pointed it out to us as well. Once you get in the place is absolutely beautiful!!! Clean, charming and just cool… there are a lot of steps so pack light.

The concierge Alberto was so welcoming and gave us excellent recommendations for places to eat and directions on how to use the vaporettos to get around the lagoon. Hotel was also centrally located near places to see. Such a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Great location and friendly staff.

Casa Martini was excellent. Quiet, clean, near train station. Staff was also very good. Convenient walk to Rialto bridge and San Marco square (<30 min).

Brilliant host and wonderful ambience. Could not fault our stay at all. Brilliant position for everything Venice has to offer and close to the train station.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Martini. We arrived when it was dark, and the hotel was very easy to find from the Guglie stop (we took the water taxi from the airport). Wonderful area to stay in and Alberto was very kind and helpful.

Lovely hotel for our overnight stay. Great firm bed. Very friendly staff. Excellent location very close to Guglie water station for the boat from the airport.

We LOVED our stay at Casa Martini! We arrived midday and our room was ready. Check-in was friendly, very informative, and the sense of history is amazing! The room was comfortable as was the bed. We will definitely stay longer when we come back. And even though check-out is on the earlier side, we were able to leave our bags for most of the day.

A great place to stay at. The host was very welcoming, he was able to accommodate an early reception for my wife and two children that arrived Venice early in the morning. They were able to leave the bags and continue to a planned tour. The entrance to the hotel is kind of tricky and it may take you off because of the way it looks but once you are in side is a whole other story. I really appreciated the accommodation and friendly staff. Looking forward to another stay. Oh, on known travel rating platform you can find it under Locanda Casa Martini.

Clean. Destination is great. Room was in two floors, bathroom upstairs and bedroom downstairs. Lots of stairs so take it to account if you have bad legs, lots of luggage or trollers etc. Reception is at the hotel ONLY between 8.30am-12.am.

Muy buena opcion cerca de la estación de tren. Muchos restaurantes y tiendas. Para llegar a la plaza San Marcos son 25 minutos caminando.

5/5 this place is a perfect stay if you want something affordable not too far from venise central. When we arrived they help us with the suitcase, the room was ready and clean and easy to find. I feel safe staying there and the breakfast was good. I would go there again if im in venise.
