Excellent hotel located just a 3 minute walk from the bus terminal. Breakfast was generally good, with msemen, eggs, and French pastries. Room was very clean and comfortable - my only issue was that the fridge needed to be defrosted, and wasn’t keeping much cold. The property is beautiful and in great condition. The lobby is posh and inviting. I wish I could have stayed longer, but I had a bus to Laâyoune to catch.

Hotel avec descriptif mensonge. Ils annoncent des services qu'ils n'ont pas ( climatisation, frigo, taille de la chambre) Tout est mensonge et le reste dans un état pitoyable.

en somme le séjour était convenable. Des améliorations doivent être apporté au niveau de la déco, le restaurant, les espaces communs. cet hôtel à besoin de se refaire une beauté au goût du jour!

Hotel propre pour séjour d'étape. Besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement, absence de prise électrique près des lits, tv vieillotte, petit déjeuner une peu juste. Points positifs: Propreté chambre, literie confortable, personnel efficace.

Buongiorno, il solo problema è che avevo la prenotazione con colazione inclusa nel mio woucher, ma quando sono arrivato mi hanno detto che non era inclusa. C era una discrepanza tra la mia prenotazione e la loro. Ho mostrato l e mal dove era scritto "colazione gratuita"

Pour un quatre étoile avoir une télévision pas terrible (pas plate) avec une seule chaîne française, non désolé québécoise. Petit déjeuner pas terrible....très déçus.... N'oublie pas de demande la Wi-Fi a l'accueil sinon vous ne l'aurait pas...... Heureusement avec tous ca le point possitif est la gentillesse du personnel

We enjoyed our 2 nights stay in February. The beautiful foyer is welcoming and public areas are spacious. The staff are very obliging and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The old city is walking distance, restaurants and supermarkets are close by too. The only thing to improve is that the WiFi does not connect in the rooms even though it is strong in the corridor. We would definitely come again.

Overall great clean and professional staff close to everything very accommodating. Received help with luggage and helped me choose a couple of room options.

The staff did great making sure we were happy. They even went as far to upgrade our room to a suite, they accommodated us by bringing the buffet breakfast to our room. They did everything to make our stay comfortable.
