Such a beautiful hotel. The lobby, in particular, sets the tone. We were offered valet parking on arrival which was a pleasant surprise. The room we were provided with was excellent with plenty of room for us and our 7-year-old daughter. The view from our balcony was spectacular. The restaurant prices were high. However, the food was good. The hotel is located next door to a cable car which took us up to a peak called Sorica with spectacular views of the Bucegi mountains and the towns of Busteni and Azuga. The staff in the hotel were very polite and helpful.

This is one of the best of not the best hotel in Romania - trust me , I have stayed in lots pf places in this country. It is not an in-your-face 5 star hotel at first glance but has a number of things going for it being as good as it gets: clean, quiet rooms with great ammenities (Bulgari toilettries, Nespresso machines in rooms), amazing views and location (you can hike, mountain bike, ski - depending on the season etc), a top quality restaurant, and a bunch of other facilites, such as saunas, pool. All for a reasonable price most times (except peak skiing season). I highly recomend this place for anybody traveling through the Prahova Valley (Bucharest to Brasov or viceversa). Oh, and the people upfront and inthe restaurant etc, are just great.

An amazing personalized service by all staff across all functions. Extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the expresso machine in the room, the chocolates on the pillows and the facility. The breakfast buffet was amazing, the lunches and dinners were spactaular. We had one day that was very hot and we disappointed to learn that there was no AC in the room, at night temperatures dropped and with the patio doors open we enjoyed the fresh mountains air. If you want to get away from the busyness of life that is the place. We hired the hotel shuttle to take us to Sinaia for few hours as there was not much around the hotel. we enjoyed the cable car right next to the hotel to explore the peak above and given it was summer time, it was very pleasant. Overall it was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this place to others.

Amazing location and sightseeing. Disappointed about Breakfast Buffet (no orange fresh, no fresh salads, not variety of food) and Fitness area (very small pool, fitness room in the same place with pool in a very wet atmosphere, sauna smell bad and not very clean) that are not at 5* level

Only breakfast was disappointing and the food in restaurant too pricy for quality. Everything else was a treat.

Very impressed, a little further away, hidden, but if you are looking for nice and quiet, this is the place. The services were impeccable, I would recommend it in a heart beat

I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was nice, helpful and friendly. Even though my request for double bed and baby crib was not received by the hotel, they quickly changed our room and brought a nice baby crib. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We had a nice relaxing stay at this nice and quiet place. Just what I needed! I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again.

It was a very nice hotel. However we asked for a king bed and we were told all rooms had kings at check in. There were no king beds as it turned out. We had a queen Also it is probably a busy neighborhood during ski season but we had difficulty finding a restaurant. We ate in the hotel one night but wanted to go out the second night. We eventually found a pretty good one a couple miles away.
