The hotel is lovely! Beautiful room and staff is very pleasant. Pool is on the roof and while small it is perfect to cool off after a hot day of walking around Cartagena! The only thing for improvement is to offer enough complimentary coffee for the number of people in the room. We were told it would cost extra beyond what they provided in the room.

The staff, the room, the restaurant were outstanding. The attention was phenomenal. Alfonso and Rosmy were wonderful people.

Service was incredible

The hotel was amazing ! It is smaller than your regular hotel but very nice, clean, private and in the local area which is a plus. Breakfast was included as well very delicious and fresh. Everything was walking distance no need for cab. The staff was amazing shout out to Rosmy for being so patient with us and giving out recommendations during our trip. Special shout out as well to Alfonso!! He was the very BEST. Very attentive always helping out and super responsive. He made my friends and I feel very special during our whole stay. Definitely recommend 10/10!!!! You won’t regret it.

Ubicacion en la zona mas alegre de Cartagena pero el hotel es silencioso.

Great central location. Friendly/helpful staff. Annoying that you have to knock on an unassuming door to get in but easy after you figure it out and I guess it’s for security purposes. Would opt out of or not pay for breakfast if that is extra cause it was pretty bland and unexciting. Nice steam sauna though.

Excelente, el personal sumamente atento, las habitaciones muy limpias y con buenas amenidades. Piscina limpia, excelente spa y desayuno muy sabroso.

What a beautiful entry to Cartegenga. Hidden behind the beautiful white doors is a gem of a property with helpful and graceful personnel. Our only downfall is that our window faces the street and the party goers and passerby’s made noise thru 5 am every night! Had to sleep with headphones on but what a beautiful spot!

Good location in the heart of everything. Wonderful staff. Excellent breakfast and rooftop terrace/pool/spa. We enjoyed our week there. Note: basic rooms are on the smaller side, but that was a minor issue for us. Also, most rooms do not have exterior windows, but that is a plus when you realize how busy/noisy (vibrant!) it is in the street outside.

Superbe hotel , belle deco , super securitaire car nous devons cogner pour entrer et une personne nous ouvre donc pas d'intrus , nous avions une chambre sur la rue qui est tres animé , il faut des bouchons ou un bruit de fond ( white noise ) les petits dejeuner inclus etait super bon mais c'est malheureux qu'ils n ont pas de bananes dans le pays des Bananes ?? mais autrement tout etait parfait !

This is an absolutely beautiful and unique hotel. It is a repurposed old mansion in the old city of Cartagena. Each room had original charm including high ceilings, an indoor courtyard and a rooftop deck. The staff are warm, welcoming, and attentive.you can walk to most major attractions.
