Dålig städning, ingen hiss till rummen. Vi fick gå flera trappor för att komma till rummet. Ingen luft på rummet, kvavt och dammigt.

I loved

Broken toilet seat, flooded shower room, poorly kempt bedrooms, bad housekeeping. I complained and fortunately the manager changed my room to a different one that didn’t have a broken toilet seat. However, I certainly won’t be staying at this hotel again. If I am to return to Sarajevo again, I will ensure I stay at a good hotel, this was possible one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. One positive though were the views from the bedrooms.

The sunset view from the hotel was lovely, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight. The room and bathroom were dirty, with hair from previous guests everywhere. The bed was uncomfortable, and the furniture and appliances were outdated. To make matters worse, the staff offered no help or assistance. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

No elevators. Dirty rooms and bathroom. Toilet was not working properly. Unsafe.

Very old hotel.

Great location hotel opposite eternal flame. Very walkable to all the sights of Sarajevo. Would have been good to know that reception is on the 9th floor, I arrived after a long trip late at night to find nothing and no one at the front of the hotel so panic set in. Luckily a cleaner arrived to inform me. Room was basic, some dodgy wiring but nothing that puts me off. Views across Sarajevo were amazing - corner windows in my room and ones that stretched the length of the bathroom meant I had views of the mountains. Went up to the roof terrace - didn’t eat or drink there but looked pretty special. Overall really liked the hotel

Bodde på hotellet i over en uke. Hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhet i gågata i Sarajevo, kort vei fra gamlebyen. Personalet er virkelig hyggelige og hjelpsomme og gjør alt de kan for at gjestene skal ha det bra. Frokosten er bra: En ferdig dandert askjett med omelett, pølse, flere typer skinker og oster, og friske grønnsaker. Brødet kan vært litt tørt og kjedelig. Mitt tom var lite, men praktisk. Rengjøringen kunne vært bedre. Etter 5 dager måtte jeg be om nytt sengetøy. Gulvteppet er ikke støvsugd i det hele tatt. Jeg tenker at dette må ses i lys av at landet er fattigere og mindre utviklet enn mange andre land i Europa. Landet har en spennende historie og natur og Sarajevo ligger i midten av det hele. Det er mange muligheter for dagsturer ut fra Sarajevo. Jeg brukte Funky Tours og er veldig fornøyd. Om jeg skal tilbake til Sarajevo vil jeg helt klart bo på samme stedet. God verdi for pengene!

Con qualche attenzione in più sarebbe nella media. Ma almeno la nostra camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di un bel po’ di riparazioni e quindi manutenzione. Nessuna attenzione ai dettagli. Personale e colazione accettabile

交通方便，距離舊城，主要觀光景點只有幾分鐘步行距離。設備整體情況良好，清潔度幾乎滿分。 服務人員熱心，好溝通。 價格實惠，非常推薦這家。

Reception was amazing - lovely lovely lady. Great hospitality . Rooms and restaurants have incredible views of the city. Would defo go back.

Najbolja moguca lokacija, divan personal i definitivnl najbolji pogled na grad ikada… vratit cu se sigurno ponovno.

Schmutzige Zimmer mit Haaren auf der Bettwäsche, Handtücher mit Blutflecken. Toilette verstopft mit Abfussgeruch. Einzelzimmer die als Doppelzimmer verkauft werden. Ansonsten top Lage!

Hotellet ligger sentralt i byen. Fantastisk utsikt , rent og pent. Ansatte er hyggelige PG samarbeidende. Anbefaler.

Staff very friendly and professional

Extremely beautiful hotel and I’m on the 12th floor with panoramic views of the city. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in so far and I would recommend it for anyone. The location is incredible and very centrally located. And I love Sarajevo and it’s been a great experience!
