Nice hotel, large rooms, spa not the best, breakfast was ok to fill up before skiing :)

everything you want you have to pay for it! for changing sheet 10 BGN lev per person, pay for the swimming pool, you cant even take your coffee or an apple (from breakfast buffet) into your room!

My husband and I stayed 10 days in Bansko Orbilux. Loved that place. Hotel’s staff treats their guests like long time friends, always helpful, polite and attentive to personal needs. Breakfast and dinner included in our package were delicious. The menu was prefixed but different dishes every day: variety of traditional Bulgarian food with plenty of vegetables, fruits and feta cheese. Portions were huge even by American standards. If you want to spend some time in Bansko check out this place. You may like it as I did.
