Amazing location in Madrid close to everything tourists would like to see. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. Would visit this hotel again!!

Very nice and on a corner of Puerto de la sol. The cafe Europa was very good as well. Several cafes and chocolaterias close by. Walk to the place, cathedral, and numerous parks and plazas.

We only stayed one night, but the staff was very helpful at check-in and with calling a taxi in the morning. The location is right in the center of activity and just what we wanted. There's shopping and the enormous Plaza del Sol right outside the door. The room was clean and had the space and surfaces that travelers need. The A/C worked great against the 97 degrees outside.

The only complaint I have is the air conditioner. The Madrid heat and room humidity made it worse. We had to ask the front desk for 2 fans because the temperature would not down from 25 Celsius. Other then that excellent location, excellent hospitality, excellent front desk personal, very very friendly,

Room was clean & location was great. However, I had paid extra to choose my room and was looking forward to it when, on the day of my check in, it was given to someone else. I received email at 9:03am that day that they were not able to accommodate my request. They could not explain to me the reason why when I checked in. Only that I got a similar room. Just not cool.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Mitten in der Stadt. Alles kann zu Fuß erkundet werden. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Das Frühstück war einfach, aber ausreichend und schmackhaft. Der größte Vorteil ist aber die Lage des Hotels.

When we arrived at the property to check in, we were advised that the advertised parking is not actually at the site, but 200 meters away and requires reservations in advance. (Note. We had specifically selected this hotel for the advertised on site parking, as my traveling partner recently had knee replacement surgery and is not able to walk any distances without significant pain.) The staff then attempted to refer us to a public, not secure, parking ramp which was even further away from the hotel. Overall, the staff handled this issue very poorly, without any attempts to give us a refund for the three days we had paid for when we had to book a hotel that actually had on site parking as advertised. Incidentally, the hotel we selected in the same neighborhood, ocean drive Madrid, was wonderful and in the same price range, with a roof pool.

Súper céntrica enfrente de la puerta del sol, bellísimo, muy accesibles nuestra entrada era 3 de la tarde y llegamos a las 4 de la mañana y muy amables nos guardaron las cosas nos dijeron que podíamos quedarnos en recepción pero preferimos salir a caminar, y nos hicieron el favor de tenerla a las 12.30 increíble, yo volvería sin duda
