The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and forth with the hotel and Expedia about this but the hotel was unreachable. Everytime we contacted reception from our room they would just cut the call. Would not recommend this hotel.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Sehr nettes Personal, super Auswahl an Getränken und Speisen. Das Hotel ist sofort am Strand liegend mit eigenen liegen. Ich wäre gerne länger gewesen, weil ich die Unterkunft spontan gebucht hatte, war der Zeitraum schon ausgebucht. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Nochmal ein Herzlichen Gruß an die nette Dame von der Rezeption, die mir entsprechend meines Bedürfnis ein tolles Zimmer gegeben hat. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team.

Enjoyed our stay

I rarely leave reviews but I wanted to do so here as the place was just horrible, there was dirt on floor of the corridor the for the 3 days we were there ,the breakfast service was terrible queuing 15 mins for an omelette which was about the only thing worth having. I have never had to drink out of a paper cup before in a hotel, maybe at a kids party when I was 10 !. no cutlery and all of the staff waiting around not doing anything plates everywhere, just a dirty hotel I paid the city tax on arrival and they would not give me my key until I did, then on the way out I was charged again which I refused to pay.

This place is incredibly good value the food is fantastic and the staff just so lovely. Lots of entertainment if you want it easy to access the free bar and the restaurant if you choose the right spot does feel like a restaurant table service and great waiters. We loved this place and will definitely be coming back

Room was supposed to be a privilege room although looked nothing like picture was much smaller and balcony wall paint was coming off, air con did not work it just made the room hotter so had to sleep with patio door open all night. The pool bar was hardly ever staffed and a lot of people complained about this. In all bars drinks were served in paper cups, as never enough glasses left. There were never enough pool towels for people at the pool. Went to the spa which was not clean disgusting mould dripping from the roof into the heated pool. Food in Italian speciality restaurant was over cooked and dried out, Moroccan restaurant food was very bland. Main buffet was nice but repetitive. ended up with extremely bad stomach bug on last day which could have been down to the mould dripping in spa pool, or food who knows? The beach photos on the website bear no resemblance whatsoever to the sad row of beds on rocks with umbrellas propped up against the sea wall. When I queried with the staff in reception about the room we had received they were extremely rude and could not have cared less. All in all quite a disappointing experience and definitely would not rate 4 star as per Hotels . com website

Un emplacement exceptionnel, sortie directe sur la plage. Merci au personnel, de la réception a l'équipe d'animation, de la restauration au personnel d'entretien des chambres et l'extérieur. Merci pour votre gentillesse. Bel hôtel qui se maintient à son niveau de club et se rénove. Très bel espace piscine. Buffet très diversifié, manquant un peu de plats typiques à mon goût. La chambre est spacieuse, bien équipée et l'espace terrasse est un plus pour apprécier l'extérieur. Encore un grand merci à tous.

Aucune aide de l’acceuil et des employers sur les diverses demandes faites - responsable jamais disponible - expérience catastrophique - en tout cas ne sont pas à l’écoute des clients qui ont réservés 6 mois auparavant pour fêter un évènement spécial , rien n’a été mis en œuvre.

This is a nice hotel in a good position. Unfortunately the first room I was allocated was next to major building works (which I was not pre warned of). When the water then went off the next day and did not come back by the evening, I had to move rooms, the room I was moved to had a leak from the bathroom above. Some of the team were unprofessional and even rude in handling these matters. I understand these things happen, it’s always how it is dealt with that matters. The manager Lara is great and when she became involved the service improved. The food is quite basic and repetitive and not always clearly labelled. The entertainment team were great, always bright and bubbly and put on a good show. They also weren’t too pushy. Were it not for the issues I had, which are unfortunate, I would give a higher rating.

Services de chambres très bien. Qualité dans le restaurant bon, mais la variété laisse à désirer. Les desserts sont minables. Cuillères en plastique😡 Les serveurs agréables, sauf un serveur nommé OMAR dans la salle ACACIA qui nous a traité de voleur de menteur devant tout le personnel et les vacanciers, pour une raison dont nous étions pas responsables.

Le personnel est très gentil agréable et serviable. Mais la chambre familiale vue mer ne vaut pas les 264€ par nuit que nous avons payé. Les animations bouf!
