Great location, close to almost every attraction spot. The free croissants, coffee, tea and water are very helpful for every morning refreshment. Our room 409 is spacious, out of expectation. Just the toilet sometimes has a smell, maybe due to this historic building. Our room is very quiet.

Outstanding staff. Historical beauty of hotel. Outdoor patio is wonderful place to relax. Unlimited coffee, latte, espresso is high quality Great location

Det er så lækkert et hotel. Perfekt lokation, stilfuldt og nænsomt sat i stand med stor respekt for alderen og tidsånd. De bedste hotel senge og dyner, jeg nogensinde har ligget i og med. Store, rummelige værelser, og bor du mod terrassen, er der en ro, der er helt uvirkelig for en storby. Varmeste anbefaling herfra.

The hotel is located in a good area, with good restaurants nearby and everything within walking distance. I recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Barcelona.

Good location

Hotel interessante do ponto de vista arquitetônico, com um bom trabalho de preservação da edificação original. Quartos e banheiros espaçosos. Precisa melhorar conforto de camas e travesseiros. Não tem café da manhã, mas serve croissants e café à vontade num lounge simpático. Localização excelente, saída rápida para Ramblas e Gracia, e acesso a todos os meios de transporte.

I love the Praktik. Very centrally located for what I need.

The room was having 7 sqm, you couldn’t breath of how small it was. The bed was stuck to the wall, and you can get down only from one side of the bed.This is not a 180 euro per night hotel. I would not recommend. Location is good. This is the o ly good part. Never stayed and accepted this small room.

Check in process was seamless . The staff was super friendly / professional / helpful. Close location to metro and city attractions !!

Excellent location.

I stayed there 6 nights during my business trip. Location is perfect and the staffs were good. But the room itself, which I think is most important factor, was not great. The reasons are: 1. Most of the day, hot water issue in the bathroom. 2. Room was cold (with the hopeless heater), because you can feel the cold air flow in the room. I don't know where this flow came from. 3. No desk in the room. So I gave 2 stars (the location + the staff members). Cheers.

Great hotel - very convenient location and mega friendly staff

Overall and for the price, this is an excellent no-frills boutique hotel of less than 45 rooms. It’s a converted residential place. The first floor terrace and the daily fresh and amazing croissants from 8-10am plus all day coffee, tea, and hot chocolate bar is truly a plus. Very convenient location that’s centrally located.

Fantastiskt trevligt välkomnande när jag kom! Älskar allt med det här hotellet! Byggnaden, sängen, duschen, läget osv. Nära till allt och ett lugnt område.Kommer definitivt att åka hit igen!

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk staff were very helpful with advice for eating and tourists activities. We checked our bags early and they had them in our room when we came back. Taxi service is out the front door. We used this from our cruise boat on arrival and to the airport. We were concerned about safe areas to stay but didn't have any concerns as we explored into the evening.

Beautiful quaint rooms. Nice beds. Very quiet yet very nicely located for walking. Best staff ever. Kind and helpfull
