The facility was very clean all round. Staff were very helpful. However, the air conditioning was not cooling enough. I reported this, and a maintenance person came, fiddled with it and said it would work in 20 minutes. It never cooled until I left. This was very disappointing.

The room was very spacious only down thing was the towel sizes

Mooie, ruime kamer, helaas hield het beeld van de tv niet over, storingen en wegvallen. Verder alles in orde, heerlijke douche trouwens.

Tout a été parfait: accueil, service, propreté, tranquillité, diner, déjeuner

Otopark olması çok iyiydi. Havuzun tadilatta olması üzücüydü.

Room was clean on arrival and staff was very welcoming and helpful in a lovely quite place of Almere

Malheureusement quand j’arrivée c’était 11:00 am et ils m’ont dit que ma chambre été as prêt chose normal, mais j’ai parti pour ma journée complète visiter Amsterdam à mon retour de 23:00 ils m’ont donné mes 2 chambres au sous-sol et ils m’ont dit désolé mais c’est les seules qu’ils restent car vous avez arrivé tard !!

Nice property, nothing special.

We had a great experience during our stay. The staff helped us with flexible check-in, and we enjoyed the amenities including the pool and sauna area. We would recommend this property and stay there again!

We stayed for 3 days and not once was the room cleaned or bed done. For the price the hotel was okay.
