En la noche habia muchos ruidos se escuchaba una mujer discutiendo y aventado la puerta y era durante la noche mientras dormia cómodamente, era algo incomodo dejar las llaves cada que iba a salir, fuera de eso todo muy bien

We had a great stay and the only issue was that we had a delay in getting hot water but the hotel was able to offer us another room for us to use. The property is right next to the Pipila statue and use of the funicular was complimentary with our reservation so that was a plus! The view was amazing from our balcony and totally recommend this property! We had a great experience and overall cleanliness of the room and hotel was great!

En la publicación dice que cue tan con estacionamiento, publicidad porq no es gratis y no es estacionamiento del hotel te cobran y tache para el hotel no lo recomendaría está hotel no está acondicionado gen te con capacidades diferentes, de igual manera dice tiene restaurant y solo el servicio es para desayuno con muy pocas opciones de comida ojo con. Estos detalles ,en su el hotelut bonito pero no lo recomendaría Guanajuato tienes mejores opciones, es mi opinión éxito!!

Muy limpio, cómodo y sobre todo la habitación con balcón es otro nivel, el único pero es que por el precio deberían tener aire acondicionado y mejor servicio de televisión, ya que tienen mucho ruido blanco, pero es lo de menos porque las vistas lo valen.

La pasamos de maravilla... Tiene una hermosa vista de Guanajuato... El acceso por el funicular, de pocas...!!!

Tiene una vista hermosa a la ciudad, el hotel incluye transporte en el fonicular durante tu estadía, en años pasados te incluían desayuno en el restaurante Casa Valadez, lo cual extrañé en este viaje, las almohadas no son cómodas, pero en general todo es aceptable, tan aceptable que sigo llegando al mismo hotel desde hace 15 años.

No tiene estacionamiento propio uno paga por su estancia, el folicular lo abren de 10am, la estancia o la habitación la debes dejar a esa misma hora.yo no me volvería a quedar.

スタッフの対応も良かったし部屋も清潔でしたが、部屋の壁が薄いのか隣の声が丸聞こえでした。お隣さんが夜中の12時過ぎに帰宅して、廊下や部屋でもMAXのボリュームでおしゃべりしていて全然寝つけませんでした。部屋の安さを考慮すれば、眺めもいいし、冷房も付いていてお得でしたが、2泊とも眠れなかったので、残念な気持ちになりまた。

Excelente servicio y su vista muy hermosa súper tranquilo el hotel

Beautiful hotel and area. My only concern is I paid for the room with the hot tub and the water didn’t come out. I kept telling the clerk if they could help with this. The clerk said that’s how it is and it’ll come out eventually. It never came out, it’s not worth paying extra for the room with the hot tub.

Excellent service. Staff members were very helpful.

It has very nice facilities, very clean and quiet, as well as a beautiful view of the city and very good service.
