The property is very nice, but my room 307 vas very noisy I couldn’t sleep and there was no hot water.

Beautiful historic hotel with superb food located in historic district. Friendly staff with great suggestions of things to do. More than met our needs.

abbiamo soggiornato qui per due notti. albergo molto carino e pulito. inizialmente abbiamo qualche disagio relativo alla temperatura dell’acqua e a quella della stanza, tempestivamente risolto dallo staff. i ragazzi della reception sono anche riusciti ad organizzarci un tour per chivay con destinazione finale puno molto bello. colazione molto semplice ma buona posizione ottima vicinissima al centro e comodo per muoversi a piedi.

A beautiful property, with a lovely garden and good restaurant. The room was comfortable. However the window on the city side meant it was very very loud at night (we had to use earplugs at night to be able to sleep). The highlight was the Roman baths which is beautiful, however it is not included. It costs 17$ which is totally worth it, given you get exclusive use for one hour. Make sure you book it long in advance. We also got the massage and was fantastic! I would be back only if I could have a quieter room.

Worst hotel experience ever. It took us 30 minutes to decide to leave the hotel and find a different option.

Fabulous location; good varied breakfast

El lugar es de ensueño. Tranquilo, hermoso y lleno de historia. Fue un oasis de paz y renuevo en medio del bullicio. La hospitalidad fue excelente. La comida riquísima. La limpieza espectacular.

Tuvieron el detalle de ofrecernos cambiar el desayuno al día de nuestra llegada de madrugada, ya que al día siguiente nos íbamos de madrugada y lo perderíamos. Por contra, sorprendió que la habitación no tuviera calefacción. Si se desea hacer uso del servicio de spa y masaje, mejor reservarlo cuanto antes. En nuestro caso, estaba ya completo.

Bâtiments et décors des parties communes enthousiasmants, mais état des chambres assez "fatigué" et bien sûr pas de radiateur. Belle vue et agréables salons sur les toits.

Especialmente la zona del Spa es formidable

Property is very pretty, cozy and charming. The restaurant is very good.Beds are very comfortable. Check in and out was quick. Walking distance to several good restaurants/cafes. However, I didn’t get the room I reserved (saw in the photo during my reservation two beds instead one queen bed) Also, they need to stock more toilet paper in the bathrooms, no just one roll. Breakfast buffet was ok, needs more variety such as pancakes, waffles, oatmeal etc.

Der ganze Gebäudekomplex ist wunderschön und das Highlight ist die Terrasse mit Blick auf den Vulkan. Das Frühstück war super lecker und das Zimmer sehr groß und ruhig. Die Dusche hat um die 10 min gebraucht um warm zu werden, das war vielleicht das einzig negative.

La Hosteria has great and conformable rooms, If you want to pass some hours it has different resting places with places that are quiets The staff is very friendly, fast and decisive.
