De prijs/kwaliteit verhouding was oké. Ontbijt matig. Een receptie, die niet altijd bemenst is, is klantonvriendelijk.

Nice hotel and really close to the airport. We were only there one night so didn’t get to experience too much.

When we arrived at night the receptionist went out of her way to make sure we got a meal even though the kitchen was about to close. She also stayed late to make sure my husband got safely up the stairs to our room since he has limited mobility. The receptionist is also trying to help us get a package back to the USA with some keepsakes from our trip that we accidentally left behind. A really caring staff who go above and beyond the usual!

We stayed three nights in this lovely family-run hotel, located in a quiet, genteel area halfway between the railway station and the airport, and just about walkable to/from either, although we used the bus stop about 300 metres away to arrive from the railway station (0.90 euro fare), and Bolt taxi service to catch the plane home (4 euro). The hotel also has its own car park. The family are incredibly friendly, and helpful, and the hotel is exceptionally clean - if I have ever stayed in a cleaner hotel I cannot remember it. Plainly money to upgrade the hotel is tight, and working hard to keep what they have in good condition is vital - almost everything looks about 30 years old. The hotel has a lovely restaurant, serving good local food, with a nice terrace outside, so one can eat either inside or outside. The 10 euro breakfast is fine, and of good quality, but was more limited in choice than the cheaper breakfasts in the other hotels that we stayed in during our Baltic holiday. My only other criticism would be that the only English TV channel was the Polish TV English news channel, and was disappointed not to have BBC World as an option. Overall, I think that this hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in Vilnius, and represents excellent value for money, and would strongly recommend it to others for a comfortable stay in a nice area.

I liked homey atmosphere, staff services, food. I did not like the fact that there was NO air-conditioning in my room on a very hot day. The electricity in the hallway is not pre-programmed properly. No elevator service (one needs to carry heavy luggage) Unsafe slippery and irregular steps on your staircase (I fell and it caused injuries)
