Nice room

Staying at Florens was the best decision I’ve ever made for myself, staying there was the most satisfying experience good location

Falsely advertised, non accommodating

It was a Botique alike hotel with great views and especially within a heart of old town.

Me and my husband stayed for 2 nights. The room was really moldy even to the point where we got really sick from it! We had to keep our windows open to tolerare the moldy room. No minibar in the room, ac didnt work neither did the television. The room was also really dirty, there was a lot of dust. If you really dont need to save money book a hotel that is not filled with mold!

Liked our superior room especially the big bath. Great location for station and old town.

Not so good, I never received any communication from the property, I have to contact Hotels.com to contact the property to send me the info on checking in. This property doesn't have a reception when you check in, they need to send you the check in procedure atleast 48 hours before checking in. I arrived at the property and no communication from them how to check in, so I contacted Hotels.com to contact the property and send me information to check in. The kitchen is dirty. Location is great walking distance to the train station and bus station and close by the old town.

Ottima posizione, appena fuori dal centro e vicino alla stazione treni/autobus. La stanza, almeno la nostra, era dotata di una bella vasca idromassaggio funzionante e rilassante. L'entrata e il corridoio edificio lasciano presagire degrado e trascuratezza, invece la stanza interna è di livello. Per quanto pagato non si può pretendere di più. Consigliato.

房間寬敞 有公用廚房很棒

Vi bodde i roserummet, ett hörnen mot järnvägen som slamrade hela natten + väldigt mycket trafik utanför. Vi var tvungna att ha fönster öppna då AC inte fungerade. De hade ett badkar i rummet som vi tycker inte behövdes, dock var duschen så liten och även handfatet så kanske vissa behöver mera plats. Det fanns ingenstans att göra av toalettartiklar som man brukar ha på ett hotellrum. Fanns ingen personal där heller men man kunde ringa ett telefonnr. En sänglampa fungerade inte samt en pinnstol var trasig av två. F.ö fanns inga möbler. Dammigt och smutsigt i hörnen och på golvet. Ett tips, boka ett annat rum.

Trevligt, lite slitet hotell med shabby chic touch. Vi har bott här innan och tycker mycket om det. Det ligger intill gamla staden och saluhallen. Vi kommer absolut tillbaka.

Room as expected and service very high.

Quiet apartment style hotel outside of the Old Town. It was very affordable but it was not as modern as some of the other hotels I stayed at along my trip. Everything was self-service, from the door code, to a drop box for the room key, as well as checking in and out. If you require someone at the front desk, this is not the place. Overall, clean and comfortable, without modern ammeneties.

The pitch is: "We offer our guests a warm and cozy home-like atmosphere"; well, sure, there's an atmosphere, I'd say it's more like a ghost ship: passwords, Key box, emails, but no human being on the horizon, even when you need one. Except for ghostbusters, I don't recommend it.

Am Rand der Altstadt gelegen in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs ist das Zimmer für 1 bis 2 Nächte völlig ausreichen. Das Bett ist gut und das Bad sauber. Den Zimmerschlüssel bekommt man im "Self Service" da niemand vor Ort ist.

Fint och personligt hotellrum med badkar i rummet. Nära till allt. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka hit igen!

Rommet var møkkete og vi fant sigarettstumper under senga. Det forklarte lukten av røyk. Toalettpapir måtte vi kjøpe selv og håndklær ble ikke byttet. Men billig var det.
