Ibis Budget Madrid Vallecas is good for those needing a quick stop/layover on the way to their next destination. It is not close to the downtown city center, but it's fine if you are comfortable using public transit. Airport shuttle service does not go to this hotel, but I was able to take the bus, metro, or Uber to/from the airport. The room is very basic, but they have several options for breakfast (pay separately).

Hotel funcional para viajes de negocio. Es correcto y bueno en relación calidad/precio. Cerca de un centro comercial. El desayuno es escaso en opciones, pero por el precio es suficiente para una tostada y un café.

Hice la reservación por error y pese a la explicación y solicitud no quisieron hacer el reembolso del dinero. Solo cancelar mi reserva y quedarse con el dinero. Son políticas estoy claro, pero hay ocasiones donde el hotel puede ayudar al huésped y en este caso simplemente no quisieron por quedarse con el dinero

Nice place, big grocery store across the street. Industrial area, access to bus is fairly close by. Room came with just one average pillow each. Requested a couple more pillows, but the hotel said it was sold out and there were no more pillows in the hotel. Obviously it was NOT sold out. We maybe saw 5 other people, and it’s off season. Unsure as to why they couldn’t come up with a couple of extra pillows! Really, no extra pillows for a hotel? Semi-ruined my stay. A hotel without extra pillows, 100% full - give me a break. BTW, I have traveled 15 years in hotels and have never seen this happen.
