Harmony hotel was a very nice clean hotel the very friendly helpful the great location on the river. The rooms are big and clean. The breakfast was very nice. As an American the only things that were little challenging is not having a bottom and a top sheet and not having any glass or borders around the shower so that the water goes everywhere. Otherwise, a very nice hotel. Main train station is somewhat far away and you can take an inexpensive train pretty close but the streets are cobblestone so even having to walk a few blocks is difficult. There are plenty of taxis if you want to spend 20 euros. All in all, I would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is in the perfect location and I could not recommend it enough. The view is great, the staff were extremely friendly, and the rooms were amazing. Tons of space, great shower, and complementary robes. If you are coming the Ghent, stay in Hotel Harmony.

We had a large, beautifulroom with a bed on one end and a sofa and chairs on the other end; very spacious with a lot of room to put clothes and other items. Great location – right off the canal and near lots of restaurants and shops. But still very quiet.

O hotel está bem localizado para o turismo, mas a estação de trem é bem longe. Optamos por um quarto mais espaçoso, que era limpo e funcional. Contudo, para chegar nele, era preciso passar por um pátio descoberto, onde se pegava chuva. Ainda, havia alguns degraus e não tivemos ajuda com as malas. O banheiro tem algumas tecnologias, mas a água do banho poderia ser mais quente. A sacada tinha uma linda vista para o castelo. A equipe foi prestativa. O café da manhã era bom, mas achei desnecessário ter que optar entre omelete ou waffles como extra, ambos itens normais de um café da manhã de hotel na Bélgica.

Quarto perfeito, espaçoso e com uma vista incrível. Muito bem tratado o tempo todo pela equipe do hotel. Muito obrigado a todos e espero retornar em breve.

The staff here went above and beyond. Very welcoming and so friendly. We found Marion excellent, she was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much. Our room was lovely too. The bed was super comfy. The room was on 2 floors but worked well for myself, my husband and son. The breakfast buffet was excellent & lots of choice. The hotel was in an excellent location. We walked a couple of times to the train station which was about 20 minutes walk.

Beautiful room, lovely staff, immaculately clean, right in the centre of town. Couldn't have asked for a more lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

Staff, location and view was great. Loved the room too although the temperature control was off and would either be really hot or really cold!

Staying at the Hotel Harmony always feels magical. The location, the staff, the atmosphere, are all top notch. Our room was very spacious and we had an incredible view on the Gravensteen Castle. The breakfast buffet is one of the best. While there is a huge variety of choices, you can even order an authentic Brussels Waffles. And I mean, authentic. Not some Americanized version of a Belgian waffle. :) Hotel Harmony, we will be back!

Really nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. The room was stunning and had a fabulous view of Ghent and was very clean. Highly recommended. Superb location for the city centre and restaurants. Beware: if you are driving you need to pre-register your car with Ghent city for clean air emissions. It is free to register but you will get fined 150 euros if you don't do it within 24 hours of arrival. We found it easy to do if you have the full information on your car (contained on your v5c, or I managed to do with the help of dvlc website, checking MOT info and a google search for the rest. You need to check out let.gent.

Staff were really polite and helpful, especially the gentleman who checked us into the hotel. The hotel is nice and clean and facilities are excellent in the hotel and the rooms. Unfortunately the only downside was our tea, coffee and water wasn't stocked up properly so we could not have tea.

This is my second stay of this Hotel I was impressed the first time, I had a great room which was at the back of the building, it was large and quiet. But sadly on this occasion my room wasn't as half as good. There was a constant humming and it wasn't my AC particularly noticeable at nights. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated with good furniture. Couple of things really bothered me on this occasion one was I received a text message to say you can check in early at a cost of €25 which for a repeat customer and someone who travelled a long way this should've been free of charge as a courtesy. And the other message was for another €25 for a breakfast buffet which is well overpriced maybe for a cooked breakfast but not for a buffet.
