Hotellissa on iso allasalue sekä erillinen beah club jossa on kiva järvinäkymä sekä aurinkotuolit hotellin asukkaille. Rannalla on myös osio johon voi ottaa oman lemmikin mukaan mikäli sellainen on matkalla mukana :).

Perfekt plassering i forhold til badestrand , båt og restauranter! Likte dårlig å få renholdspersonalet som låste seg inn på rommet hver morgen kl 9:00 for å rydde! Likte dårlig bråk fra gangen om natten når folk fra naborom kom hjem fra fest! Veldig bra renhold og rydding og hyggelig personal !

Fantastisk fint hotel, renligt, fint poolområde, gratis solsängar både vid pool och sjön. Stort utbud av tjänster och mat och dryck. Kommer definitivt att åka tillbaka.

Waren schon zum 2ten mal da mit Kind einfach perfekt der Pool und sehr Zentral. Freundlich und angenehm!!!

Adequate rooms, although they control the air temp,I liked the patio off each room! The pool area was very nice and amazing breakfast buffet! front desk and other staff very rude, they don’t like Americans and they made us feel as if we were not welcome, too bad

I went out of my way and had five couples come with us to this hotel, and the staff was extremely rude. The beds are horrible and the TV is the size of a tablet. Valentina needs a new job if she’s going to swear at us Americans the way she did.

Positiv ist die Lage direkt an See, und nur 10 Min. zum Zentrum, Parken in der Tiefgarage. Sauberkeit und Pflege der Außenanlagen sind verbesserungsbedürftig.

Check out was 10am, I requested 10:30 and was told no. I accepted this, but was annoyed that twice before 10am housekeeping came to the room, first time they didn’t even knock. We arrived late due to delayed flight & was told by reception the bar was closed so if we wanted anything would need to walk into town. However, on arriving to our room we heard music and went to explore where it was coming from only to find the bar was open. There were no staff to direct you at breakfast, so just followed other guests. Check out receptionist was unfriendly certainly didn’t ask us anything about our stay just thrust our passports and the bill at us. Positives; the bar staff were lovely and the hotel in great location.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel in Top-Lage in Bardolino direkt am Wasser. Sehr nettes Personal, schöner großer Außenpool. Wände der Zimmer etwas dünn. Großes Frühstücksbuffet und gutes Poolrestaurant mit Bar. Kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Perfekte Lage! Schöner Pool mit ausreichend Liegen.

Delightful stay, close to all things!

Schöne Unterkunft, schnell im Zentrum von Bardolino und sehr sicher. Parkplätze in einem abgeschlossenen Parkhaus beim Hotel.. Jederzeit wieder.

Avevo cercato un Hotel che avesse un parcheggio interno ed alla fine mi è stato dato l’accesso incluso nel prezzo; la particolarità che va segnalata è che il parcheggio non era indicato nel wizard del sito web e nei documenti della prenotazione. Ho dunque telefonato al servizio Clienti della struttura e mi è stato risposto che il parcheggio sarebbe stato garantito solo prenotando direttamente presso la struttura e non attraverso le piattaforme on-Line. Ho completato ugualmente la prenotazione dell’Hotel con Expedia ed ho successivamente mandato un messaggio con l’app Expedia alla struttura chiedendo in forma scritta se fosse possibile riservarmi un parcheggio : a tale richiesta non ho mai avuto alcun riscontro. Devo anche menzionare la scarsa gentilezza al momento del check-in; mi sono presentato anzitempo rispetto all’orario previsto, alle 13,30 rispetto all’orario previsto; la camera non era pronta, sono stato trattato con freddezza alla reception ed al termine del completamento della procedura ho dovuto chiedere in maniera esplicita l’orario di accesso alla camera, visto che non mi era stato comunicato. La camera che mi è stata assegnata era particolarmente piccola, una di due sole camere senza balcone, ad angolo, su un totale di approssimativamente 50 ed oltre con affaccio sullo spazio verde intorno alla struttura; la camera era visibilmente più corta rispetto alle altre, arretrata verso l’interno, senza balcone, incuneata nell’angolo.
