Great location, very attentive and accommodating staff, we enjoyed our stay in Cusco tremendously, and due, in big part to this wonderful hotel and its personnel! Until next time!!

El desayuno muy malo y ni estaba listo a la hora que indicaron

We arrived at the confirmed location only to be told this was not the property we were staying at. They said they had a number of locations in Cusco. They provided a taxi to the new property. It was a nice place, however we had given the prior address to our tour provider and there was a lot of confusion at trying to make connections to the new location was a big problem. Finally got it resolved

Spent one night here and felt thoroughly at home. The staff were very helpful and the ambience is very relaxing. The room was a good size and clean. Alas we ended up with 2 single beds instead of a double but i was happy with the comfort bed after the Inca Trail. The hotel is located a 5-10 minute walk from the center of Cuzco. The real surprise was to be found in the Hotel gardens were they keep 2 lovely tame young Alpacas and cute rabbit. The staff happily gave me carrots to feed them. Definately one of the high points of my stay in Cuzco.
