Front desk staff were friendly and room was clean!

A terrific location surrounded by cafes and restaurants and easy walking distance around Sarajevo.

The hotel was 10 min by walk to the oldtown. Downstairs on the left there are bars, cafes…etc. The reception was helpful. It was a clean apartment. Only problem was heating and the curtains. Please make sure of it. Delilah, thank you for everything. You were so helpful.

La experiencia ha sido muy buena de forma general. Garantizan parking, pero cuando llegamos todo estaba reservado, lo cual no venía en ninguna parte de la información. Gracias a la chica de recepción pudimos aparcar a 1 min del hotel. Muy bien gestionado. Lo único que destacamos como mal es el desayuno. A penas reponían lo que se gastaba, por no haber no había ni una tostadora. El resto de cosas bastante bien, y la ubicación, lo mejor de todo.

Worst experience ever.

Genel olarak iyiydi fakat eksikleri var havluları eskiydi, çift kişilik yatak 2 tane tek kişilik yatağın birleşmesi ile oluşturulmuş yatarken ortadan ayrılıyor . Temizlik konusunda eksikleri vardı klozet daha temiz olabilirdi. Resepsiyon da çalışan personeller ilgili ve güler yüzlüler onlara teşekkür ederiz .

The room was very nice and the hotel was in an excellent location. There were taxis half a block away, lots of cafes and restaurants nearby, close proximity to the old town and to grocery stores.

Otel konumu çok güzeldi. Personel güler yüzlü kibar ve yardimseverdi. Otel çok temizdi. Diğer misafirlerden yana da hiç rahatsız olmadık Ancak kahvaltı dahil konaklama için beklediğimiz kahvaltı kesinlikle yetersizdi.. En azından sabahları börek verilebilirdi. Oda çok ufaktı. Tek kisilik bir odada 2 kişi anca idare edebildik.

Sehr gutes Hotel in einer sehr guten Lage. Bis zur Altstadt braucht man etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Unzählige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Einkaufszentrum daneben. Zimmer sauber, gepflegt, Bad top große Regendusche alles wie neu. Man muss wissen, dass man sich im Zentrum einer Hauptstadt befindet und draußen ziemlich viel Verkehr ist. Taxi zum Flughafen 10 Euro. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Falls man mit dem Auto anreist, muss man ankündigen, damit man Parkplatz kostenlos bekommen kann. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption seht nett und zuvorkommend.

It is amazing boutique hotel

Helpful and friendly staff though they seemed overworked. Great location near the old town and big tick for included parking outside the front door. Breakfast a bit limited but OK for me
