Equipe gentil. Perto de tudo o que vc precisa pra passar alguns dias. Não tem buffet de café da manhã. Tem uma máquina de café da manhã algumas frutas e biscoitos disponíveis 24h por dia

O hotel é muito bom. Boas instalações, equipe muito gentil, boas comodidades para o hóspede como cestinha de pães na porta do quarto e espaço para café 24h. E ótima localização.

Otelin konumu harika çoğu turistik yere yürüyerek gidilebiliyor.Odalar temiz,çalışanlar güleryüzlü.Sabahları kapıya kahvaltılık atıştırmalılar ve su bırakıyorlar ayrıca 24 saat açık kahve,meyve suyu ve atıştırmalıkların olduğu yerleri var.Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle burada kalırım.

Konum olarak sol meydanın hemen yanında olması, otelin sağ tarafında polis merkezinin olması güvende hissettirdi. Ayrıca her sabah kapınıza bir poşetin içinde kruvasan ve tatlı bırakılıyor olması çok inceydi. Oda hergün temizlendi çok memnun kaldım. Tekrar tercih edeceğim

The Deluxe Double room was very clean, and the thermometer in the room was working perfectly, especially since it was cold in November. The staff were amazing and assisted us without hesitation. From asking for an extra chair for the room to using an iron board, no problem for these guys. Loved the fact that if we didn't get the room cleaned, we got a nice breakfast bag in the morning. But have to mention the location was key to this place. 5 min walk to the entrance to Sol station on one side and a 10-15 min walk to Grand Via on the other. Starbucks and Dunkin' Doughnuts are a few minutes walk away as well. Two grocery stores nearby as well. Plenty of food variety depending on your choice. We found a few halal places as well to cater for our needs. I can happily stay at the B&B Madrid Centro Puerta del Sol again if I get the chance.
