Total fed lejlighed på 5 etage med stor balkon direkte udsigt over floden. God belliggenhed.

The apartment was great, nothing to complain. The surranding is also good and safe. But you should improve the contact with operator. We were asked to inform about the time of arriving, but the telephone contact number was wrong. Also I was told to return the key to the office, but not told what to do, when office is closed….

Veldig lytt men likevel ikke mye støy, noen mindre feil som manglende dorullholder, nesten tett vask på badet, blinkende lys i gangen, mye lyd i sovesofa men ellers helt fint. Kort vei til gamlebyen og enkelt å finne fram.

Super lækker lejlighed, der var både opvaskemaskine og vaskemaskine, rent og der var alle de ting man skulle bruge, meget stil rent. Stille område. Det lå tæt på den gamle by. God parkering i kælderen i egen parkeringsbås. Det var nemt at finde kontoret, for at få nøglen, de var meget service minded.

Beliggenhet: Meget bra. Ca 20 min fra flyplassen. Leilighet: Flott leilighet.God seng. Tv.Kunne kanskje vært flere kanaler. Wifi. Det meste av kjøkken utstyr. På baksiden, der vi hadde leilighet var det mindre støy fra biler og folk enn på framsiden. Nærområdet: Kunne være litt støy fra folk som gikk ute i gatene på kvelden frem til 24:00/01:00. Men det var ikke noe problem for vår del. Ca 2 min å gå til nærmeste matbutikk, øl, vin og sprit utsalg, og spisesteder. Gamlebyen: Kort vei (ca 6-7 min gange) til gamlebyen. Når en først er i Gdansk, bør enn også ta turen til Sopot, og Gdynia. Alt i alt, meget bra. 👍

Overall experience was very good. When we needed something or had questions there was always someone there to help us. The location was excellent and there is private parking available. Thank you

huoneistossa oli erittäin voimakas mädäntynyt haju en löytänyt hajun lähdettä. Kaikki ikkunat piti olla auki , että pystyi olemaan huoneistossa.

Light, airy, modern, clean apartment within easy walking distance of Old Town Gdansk. Great for a couple. Only negative thing is that there is building work going on immediately outside and that's 6 days a week. Picking up/dropping the keys to the apartment from an office which wasn't easy to find (more specific instructions as to where it is would have been useful although staff helpful on phone and spoke good English) and 20 min walk away. Would definitely recommend and return!

Great property in a nice location. Very clean, comfy beds with towels provided. Lovely hot showers. Very cosy and warm as the temperatures dipped to -8 during our stay. There are a lot of building works in the area but we were not disturbed at all and the area was very safe with great restaurants, alcohol shop and supermarket just round the corner. Only criticism is having to pick keys up from a different location which is about a 10 minute walk away but it does state this when booking so can’t complain about that. And there is not enough kitchen equipment to make use of the kitchen area. No baking trays or anything similar to bake. Limited bowls, cups etc. Having said this, it is so cheap to eat locally, why would you want to cook.

The property was clean and modern with tv and WiFi easy to use, however, it was not that central of a location. Picking up and dropping off the key to get in was painfully difficult and we were made to feel difficult rather than welcome. You can’t collect the key until 3pm and it is from an office that is not where the apartment is. They told us to leave the key with the security desk in the office building when we left and then sent numerous texts because they couldn’t find it. The building is also in an area undergoing a lot of construction and can be noisy.

Fin lägenhet, hyfsat nära centrum, nära spårvagnststion. Bekväma sängar, bäddsoffoan också väldigt bekväm. Lite litet kök, men välutrustad, och vi var 4 vuxna. Skulle kunna bo där igen. Extra kostnad för städning och skatt. Bodde i lägenhet 22a.

Huoneisto oli suuri ja viihtyisä kolmelle ihmiselle. Keittiö oli myös iso. Harmiksemme aterimia oli vain muutama ja niitä olisi saanut olla enemmän kuin kahdelle ihmiselle. Lukot tuottivat myös hieman tuskaa, koska emme saaneet niitä heti auki. The apartment was big and cozy for 3 persons. Kitchen was nice also. Only thing was missing spoons, forks and knives (there were only for 2 pieces each). Also the locks were quite complicated and didn't open at first try. Overall it was very nice apartment that we will recommend!

Billig leilighet som ligger i et rolig boligområde bare en liten gåtur fra hovedgata. Leiligheten var noe slitt,og stemte ikke helt med den oppgitte beskrivelsen.Egner seg ikke for fire personer da "stue",kjøkken og soveplass for to var i samme rom. Det var også veldig lytt.

Tungvinn innsjekk på dette hotellet, selv om det blir informert om at nøklene må hentes et annet sted enn ved leilighetene så syns jeg denne informasjonen burde kommet mye tydeligere frem. Når vi endelig kom oss til riktig sted så var det også styr med innsjekk der, og en ansatt som ikke var særlig serviceinnstillt. Masse papirer som måtte skrives under på, hvor de skriver fra seg alt av ansvar. Selve leiligheten var fin, men noe vanskelig å finne. Moderne innredning og store rom. Leiligheten var ren, men det var noen småting her og der som kunne vært fikset på, som blandt annet et løst dosete og manglende oppheng til dusjhodet. Lokalområdet var fint, men det var noe støy om kveldene i helgen, og bygningsarbeid utenfor som startet tidlig hver morgen. Leiligheten lå sentralt til, og vi brukte rundt 10 minutter på å gå til gamlebyen. Området var fullt av bygningsarbeid, så det tar nok kortere tid når disse arbeidene er ferdig. Selv om selve leiligheten var fin og moderne, så ville jeg nok ikke bodd her igjen. Hele leiligheten, innsjekk og den ansatte vi pratet med (forsåvidt også vaskepersonalet) bar tydelig preg av at dette var utleie av leiligheter og ikke et hotell. Det var kald stemning, og vi følte oss ikke veldig velkomne.

As great as our walks and tourist tours in Gdansk were, our stay in Dom & House Chmielna was the total opposite. We expected a clean apartment but the cleaning was not good. Hairs in the bathroom and dust on the floor from a former guest there. We also expected an apartment with a good living area but it was small and uncomfortable. The sofabed was a killer to sleep on and there was no proper balcony, only a french balcony which overviewed... wait for it... a construction site! So all in all, the stay was awful with construction noise from 6 am till 10 pm. The reception at D&M makes you sign a contract in a hurry that says that they take no responsibility for building sites, and you as a guest agree with all their policies and so on. "Oh, it's just a paper that says you agree with our policies... please cross the "yes" boxes and sign." The best thing in Chmielna was the italian restaurant on the corner across our building but we're clearly not going to do business with D&M again.

When we checked in the person that attended us was impolite and arrogant and on top of that she did not confirmed that we had already paid for the room, so she charged us twice for it, instead of only charging the cleaning fee. We tolde her so and she insisted, but we showed her the receipt and she seemed to make a return transaction but she didn't. We then had to get to talk to another person about this. Our travel came to its end and we were not refunded the wrongly charged fee, so we had to call from home several times until we got our money back. The first apartment we got was very close to a construction site so we asked to be moved to another and we got a lot nicer place, but this time we were not attended by the same person. The city is beautiful.

Bekvämt och rymligt med stor balkong samt de mesta bekvämligheterna förutom A/C. Receptionen var ca 10 min från lägenheten.

Pen og praktisk leilighet i et rolig strøk. Nært trikk, dagligvare og gågaten i Gamlebyen.

En perfekt mindre lägenhet för en familj som låg i ett fint område nära till centrum. Lite strul med Wifi samt den utlovande parkeringsplatsen, dock var personalen som ansvarade trevliga och hjälpfulla.

Mycket bra läge med närhet till gamla stan, det mesta var bra men saknades kaffekokare som det stod att det skulle finnas. Saknade stol och bord på balkongen, trasig toalettring på toalettstolen. I övrigt en bra lägenhet, kändes fräscht och rent.
