Beautiful clean hotel 10 minutes walk from the marina and close to airport.

Lovely small hotel.

Fantastic, great value hotel with excellent, friendly and professional staff. Lovely pool, great breakfast, great air con in rooms, comfy bed and pillows. 5 min walk to train station, 2 min walk to bus terminus. 10 min walk to seafront. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Room was a good size, with a fridge and kettle. Bathroom provided shampoo, body wash and a hairdryer. I had a room on the top floor, unfortunately it was very noisy (not the hotels fault) mainly construction work and dogs barking. WiFi was absolutely excellent! Pool area was great and towels were provided. Cleanliness throughout was to a high standard. Location was good, close to a small supermarket but quite a walk to the marina. Staff were all very helpful and polite. All in all, a very enjoyable stay!

What a great hotel! The staff from the start were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast each day was really good, always fresh. The pool area was incredible, very well maintained and relaxing. Our room was small but great for two friends travelling, we also got a balcony which was a nice touch. The room was cleaned each day and refreshed towels when we needed. I would definitely stay again!

Spotlessly clean. Well appointed studios, great variety at breakfast & the friendliest, most helpful staff (even at 1am!). When we visited (end of June), the pool was in shade from 4pm, which was very welcome. A really lovely hotel with a welcoming vibe- would highly recommend & hope to return.

Not a lot of choice but what was there was fresh and good quality. Staggered times means plenty of space and no ques .

Wanted to love it but was disappointed with this hotel. We arrived during a hot period and there was no AC in the hallways. Once we got to the room, it was extremely hot. Only one room key was provided, and after being out all day, we returned to a hot and humid room- when you remove the key, the ac turns off. Very bad design. The hallways are also extremely narrow and like a maze. Elevator is new. Room is badly designed and there is some mould in the shower. Water pressure is good but temperature control in shower is bad. Only one staff was available for check-in and remained occupied with the previous guests to explain the ferry schedule, city, etc. She didn’t acknowledge us, so we had to wait 15 minutes until they were done. We had a taxi waiting for us, so the wait to check-in was very inconvenient. Once we finally got to check in, our special request had been given to the previous guests. Disappointed with the customer service. Soundproofing was not good as we heard doors banging and other noise, but by midnight it was quiet. 2nd floor view in the superior room was of the dilapidated home behind the hotel. Room decor was cute and clean, but room design not functional. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. Gave it an extra star for the well-stocked breakfast and clean bed, also the staff was good to provide assistance with another key when requested. Hopefully some improvements are made.

Conveniently situated in Olhao, the hotel was very clean and comfortable with a lovely pool area, staff were welcoming, friendly and professional.

We had a great stay , the staff were amazing and the hotel was great, we also thought the the breakfast was great and really good value, we would certainly like to go back

Estuvimos tres dias en el hotel Cidade de Olhao. La atención del personal fue excelente, resolvieron de buena manera un error mio en la reservación. La habitación bastante cómoda, el desayuno muy bueno. El hotel está a distancia caminable de la estación ferroviaria y de los lugares de interés turístico. Todo bien. Es una buena opción de rango medio en Olhao.

The room was ideal with kitchenette included, and the small pool was calm and convenient. The brief buffet breakfast was managed smoothly and a lovely start to the day for a long weekend break on the Algarve

This hotel is made great by its super helpful and nice staff. Everyone at reception was soo nice and the cleaning staff too. Anything we needed the mostly female staff would help us. The pool was a huge win with my daughter, deep enough and just the right temperature. There were always sun loungers available and air con worked really well. The rooms are small but nicely decorated and modern. At night it was very quiet being closer to the edges of town but only a ten minute walk away from the main Marina. I would love to stay there again when I go back to Olhao.
