Really nice room, hotel is perfect location, friendly and helpful staff,m and amazing breakfast with wide selection of different things. Only small minus comes from the gym, I thought from the pictures that it’s bigger. But I would give 9,5 or 10-/10 to this hotel, we spend 2 two days here and I was very satisfied.

Rommet var rent. Frokosten var grei, bedre enn forventet. Men vet vi nordmenn er bortskjemt med bra frokost på hotell. Topp beliggenhet med restauranter, trikk og shopping i nærheten . Vil absolutt kunne anbefale andre dette hotellet.

Ants and insects in the room too bad experience I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff was not helpful at all, they refused changing the room. A lot of good places out here don't waste your vacation

Fint och rent hotell. Mycket hjälpsam personal. Det enda som var riktigt dåligt var ”gymmet”, otroligt litet och nästan inga saker.

Sen incheckning på sen kvällen men blev väl mottagen ändå. Rummet var mycket fint dock var vi tron att det skulle vara 2 enkelsängar men det var 1 queensize. Visserligen gick det att sära på sängerna men det fanns bara 1 stort lakan. Dagen efter var allt löst. Städningen av rummet var perfekt varje dag samt frukosten och restaurangen var bra. Läget var också bra med nära till de mesta.

Location, staff, room and breakfast offer - nothing negative to say about it, all was good. Also a big plus for the parking space + that it's located to a main street leading straight up to Stare Miesto, the old town, as well as Kazimierz behind the building (for great food experiences). The gym - missing free weights, not much / heavy needed, but up to 15 kg handles would do a huge difference for someone who needs daily exercise for rehabilitation purposes. Overall; Will definitely stay here again, as I hope to come back for another visit to Krakow to explore the surroundings more.

Good staff and nice room

What a brilliant value for money property in the heart of Kazimierz. staff have been great and the maids really good and flexible when I had a lie-in to come back a bit later spotless room is incredibly good value for money. I think I paid less than £100 a night and it’s in a great Location and a 20 minute walk into the centre of the old town highly recommended 👍

Ménage fait à toute heure. Équipement moderne. Petit dejeuner tardif et de qualité. Superbe emplacement pour profiter de Kazimierz.

INX hotel ligger sentralt til i nedre del av Kazimirez mot Wizla. Trikkestopp like utenfor. Flotte rom, behagelige senger, velutstyrt bad rent og fint. God Air Con på varme dager/kvelder :-) Frokosten er smakfull og variert. Vi har bodd her ved flere anledninger og anbefaler hotellet.

Visited as a group. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Location of the hotel was perfect to enjoy the wonderful restaurants in the Kazimierz area.

Accomodation indeed was very nice & welcoming, comfortable & clean.A quiet room was given as the area outside the main entrance is busy with traffic All day long, but the Trams still can be heard as they slow down & stop in the distance on an Evening & when they start up again early doors You really know you are in Poland.It's great for a bustling city which is worth a stay & not too far from the Main square which you can choose to visit on foot / take public transport which is conveniently just outside across the Road & you can alight just outside the hotel.Use the App "jakdojade"Sue

Rent rom, hyggelig personale. Frokost var mindre bra, ikke så stort utvalg. Chiapudding med mango er å anbefale! Kort avstand til restauranter og gamlebyen. Dusjen var dessverre mindre bra. Dårlig trykk og en del av dusjen var ødelagt. Vi bodde der kun to netter, så ga ikke beskjed

Great hotel, within a walking distance to the old town and yet quiet at night for a good sleap. Rooms and bathrooms very clean, comfortable mattress, tasty breakfasts, staff very helpful. Will stay there again.
