Très bel endroit

Great overall stay at Entourage-sur-le-Lac. Clean room with many utilities. There's a lot of free activities to do on site (we stayed during winter) like fat bikes, ice skating, spa, sauna. It is 5 minutes from ski mountain Le Relais, and 20 minutes from ski Stoneham. We stayed as a couple but there is also many activities for kids at the hotel, all available in a playroom. Definitely would like to go back with the family this time! Small concern, there could be more EV charging stations.

Très belle chambre, tout est très propre et semble neuf. Très comfortable.

Pour l'ensemble c'est parfait, sauf le matelas de la chambre non confortable, beaucoup trop mou. Seul bémol

La chambre était parfaite, directement à côté de la magnifique salle de jeux. Les enfants ont adoré.

Personnel accueillant, chaleureux et super attentionné. La chambre était impeccable, les activités proposées étaient plus qu’à la hauteur de nos attentes. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est excellent et service agréable. Un séjour parfait et juste Wow! Merci de votre accueil 😍

Tout était fantastique sauf le lit... tellement inconfortable pour nous, malheureusement.

Frigidaire qui ne marche pas , système climatique brisé....... pour un hotel neuf c'est décevant !!!!
