Rating & Review Keseluruhan Hotel 47 Medellin Street

No habían cosas básicas como jabón, las toallas estaban manchadas. El servicio en recepción y restaurante demorado y poco amable. No nos registraron adecuadamente, tanto en el restaurante como al momento del check out comprobamos que como huésped de nuestra habitación aparecía el nombre de otra persona.

Hotel ubicado en zona central de Medellín con instalaciones cómodas para viaje de negocios. Bonita terraza con vista panorámica para tomar el desayuno.

Check in was good. The room was OK. TV didn’t work well no Internet WiFi service in the room. The hot tub didn’t have a lot of power, although the water was really hot. The area was pretty bad, but that’s to be expected in center city.

La ubicación es muy accesible al metro y demás transportes públicos. Tiendas muy cerca, el Hueco a 3 cuadras.

Whith all the respect. Hotel on tik tok looks awsome.in reality. Not good. Like Homeless people, living in there. Roaches. Dirt. And if you pay .no money back

For the price, very good. Surround area very busy, did not return to hotel after dusk, and definitely not after dark.

Staff are efficient, friendly but respectful, very helpful. I felt uneasy with the surrounding area so I ensured I returned to the hotel at the latest at dusk and never after dark.

No pude quedarme más de un día ya que el hotel estaba en un área muy malo, la habitación tenía cucarachas en muy mal estado

As the old saying quoted. “ Are you certainly get what you pay for”?. I was not impressed with the hotel once I asked you arrived. If you’re looking for a place that is cheap? Well, this is your spot. Because of the conditions of the hotel, my guess and I did not do the breakfast. I would not recommend this hotel as long-term stay. Along with the back conditions of the hotel and the somewhat dicey area. We also had roaches staying with us too.

Las instalaciones son buenas y el servicio excelente pero la ubicación no es la adecuada.

Middle of worst part of Medellin. Asked for an airport pickup, never heard a response. Tried to get a taxi to hotel from airport, the driver said it was too dangerous and wanted me to pay double.. I paid double, when i got to the hotel after 11pm, their was no way to check into the hotel, no staff available. Taxi driver nervous told me to get in the car and we had to leave. tried to contact hotel, never responded. Asked for a refund, they wouldn't give it. I love adventure and danger, but this place was straight out of medellin dangerous.

El servicio al cliente excelente. Sin embargo faltaría un personal que inspeccione las habitaciones para pintarlas, cambiar las luces fundidas, limpiar y eliminar paredes con hongo, limpieza profunda en otras palabras condicionar más las habitaciones (ponerlas como se supone)

Es una lastima ya que el sector es muy peligroso, en las fotos se ve muy bueno el hotel, pero está muy mal ubicado, hay mucha indigencia e inseguridad. Nosotros decidimos no hospedarnos, incluso perdiendo la reserva que pagamos previamente. Lo seleccionamos porque filtramos opciones con parqueadero, pero cuando llegamos no había cupo.

Muy central en la ciudad, el resto una pesadilla: El agua se sale de las duchas y el baño se llena de agua. Para llegar debe atravesar miles de indigentes en las calles qué no lo dejan a uno ni fumar un cigarrillo tranquilo. Al prender la luz de la habitación cada vez, estaba plagado de cucarachas. Incluso me cambiaron de habitación, pero también incluía mascotas rastreras. Me tocó dormir con la luz en encendida para que no se trepen a mi cama y lavar las suelas de mis zapatos para no llevar la plaga en mi equipaje. El personal fue muy amable, no es culpa de ellos. Por el mismo dinero se consigue estadías centrales mucho mejores en óptimas condiciones. NO LO RECOMIENDO EN LO ABSOLUTO!

Door wouldn’t lock and tv would turn on and off every 5 secs but lucky changed the room

El hotel tiene problemas de cucarachas, sin tomar en cuenta que está ubicado en un lugar de mucho ruido y en las noches no se ve nada seguro. La atención de los chicos es excepcional. Pero si no recomiendo este hotel.

Absolutely nothing- I left immediately and went to a different hotel..the place surrounded by homeless people and high crimes, property conditions horrible

La zona donde se encuentra el hotel es una zona insegura y no lo sabíamos hasta que los lugareños nos lo indicaron. Mucho ruido de cantinas que están en los alrededores. Nuestra habitación tenía una ventana pequeña al exterior de donde venía el ruido de las cantinas. la habitación algo descuidada. Las personas de recepción no muy amigables, y desatendidas, pedimos 3 veces toallas y hasta al fin nos las llevaron a la habitación. Vimos pequeñas cucarachas. El desayuno estuvo agradable en la azotea.
