Otele geç giriş yaptık otelin valesi veya otoparkı yok zaten bi şekilde sokağa parkettik otelin girişinde beklerken respsiyondan bavullarımızı alması için bir arkadas rica ettik yardımcı olması için ama gelen giden olmadı sırtladık bavul ve esyalarımızı kendimiz götürdük odamızda klima soğutmuyordu yastıklar kağıt gibi uyumak mümkün değil kimseye tavsiye etmiyorum otelib ismiyle sunduğu hizmet asla bir değil paranızı çöpe atmayın ismine aldanmayın

Yan odalardan çok ses geliyor ve klima calismiyordu. Onun disinda oda boyutu idare eder , bina yeni ve temiz

Konaklamam cok keyifliydi fakat vale hizmetinin olmaması tek sorundu bence.

Otel genel olarak ve konum olarak çok güzel konforu gayet iyi ama valizlerinizi kendiniz taşıyorsunuz ve aracınızı kendiniz park etmek zorundasınız ve otoparka kadar valizleriniz ile yürümek zorundasınız

parking is a very big issue!

Bu otelde otobark yok vale yok otelin mevcut otoparkkı 3 kilometre uzakta. Aracımı valeye vermediğim için otelin önünden çekildi, otelin önündeki alanı başka işletmeye vermişler üçretli valleli, bellboy yok çalışanlar ise sadece konaklama bitişinde güler yüzlüydüler, bidaha asla!

I recently stayed at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir for a wedding and expected a comfortable experience from a four-star hotel. While the staff was friendly, the facilities well-maintained, and the breakfast good, a major issue with room temperature control significantly impacted my stay. Despite unusually warm weather (27°C during the day, 15°C at night), the centralized AC was still in winter mode, heating the room instead of cooling it. Since the hotel is near a busy motorway, opening the window meant dealing with excessive noise, while keeping it closed made the room unbearably hot. After multiple calls to the front desk, no solution was offered, and my wife and I had a sleepless night. I understand seasonal AC transitions can be challenging, but a four-star hotel should offer alternatives like fans or room reassignment. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Overall, while I appreciated the hospitality and maintenance, the lack of flexibility in handling basic comfort needs left me disappointed. I would only consider staying here again if temperature control was managed more effectively in the future.

Ücretsiz otopark dedikleri mistralin otoparkı ve dolu olduğu için sokağa park etmek zorunda kaldık. Gece saat 23:30 da tekrar sokağa inip aracımızı alıp otoparka girmek zorunda kaldık. Oda sigara kokuyordu, garip tarafı coffetable üzerinde dumansız oda diye bir yazı vardı. Oda servisi 1 adet pizza ve 1 tabak makarnayı 40dk da getirdi. Tek olumlu yanı bize sundukları ekstra cam bardaklardı. Kesinlikle tekrar kalmayı düşünmüyorum.

3 kişilik tek oda rezervasyonu öncesi hoteli aradım 3.cü yatak standart yatak mı diye sordum evet dediler ama katlanır yatak koymuşlar. Sheraton adına itibar ettim normal hotel fiyatlarına göre 2 katı ücret ödedim ama yatak yüzünden mutlu olmadım.

A hotel for business travelers.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν λίγο περιορισμένο, Το κρεβάτι ήταν εξαιρετικό Περιορισμένος χώρος νιπτήρα, μπάνιου Αρκετά καλό το πρωινο με Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό!

Rooms were not clean enough, no any amenities even though it is business hotel. Breakfast was horrible not hygienic, in my coffee there was something not clear but probably it was chemical what they were using. Worse ever stayed in Sheraton such a poor quality and management

Şantiye bakan oda verdiler yanımızda vinç çalıştı,ayrıca odada ağır lağım kokusu ve rutubet vardı çok rahatsız ediciydi

Vale hizmeti yok, avm otoparkına park ediyorsunuz (müsait park yeri bulursanız) ve sonrasında valizle avm içerisinden otele yürüyorsunuz. Kahvaltı kalitesi ve çeşitliliği düşük.

My stay was ok

Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.
