Prima gelegen, vrij nieuw hotel met aardig en gastvrij personeel

En general todo muy bien para utilizarlo de base para visitar la zona si tienes coche, pq está a las afueras de Haarlem. Desayuno bueno, zona tranquila y habitaciones amplias.

Dichtbij het centrum en zee, fietsen te huur bij het hotel, lekker ontbijt en gratis parking tegenover het hotel.

The hotel was very clean, but I was disappointed with the customer service because every time I communicated with the front desk staff I found them rude and short. I asked a question twice about laundry services to make sure I understood and I felt the person at the front desk staff was speaking down to me and frustrated I did not understand what she said the first time. My family and I had been biking through the Netherlands and had stayed at many hotels. ibis Styles Haarlem City by far had the worst bike parking. It was in a small cramped space with many other bikes, with barely any parking available. The parking was also in front of the hotel and not in a secure space. We stayed at many places throughout the Netherlands that were cheaper than the ibis Styles Haarlem City but they all had secure indoor parking. I was also shocked about how rude the staff was because all our experiences with the hotels we have been staying at had been excellent and very professional. Do not recommend.

Helt ok hotell. Litt utenfor sentrum

The whole experience was very nice. Breakfast was varied and tasty. It is better to have a car there but train access was good. Staff was friendly, professional and accessible.

Situé à proximité d’une autoroute urbaine, mais notre chambre sur l’arrière du bâtiment était parfaitement à l’abri du bruit.

Hotel itself is nice and convenient for Bloemendaal station (about a ten minute walk) where you can get a train that takes you into Amsterdam in about 25 minutes. Breakfast was basic but nice and the rooms were clean. Unfortunately, my booking hadn't gone through properly from Expedia so they weren't expecting that I had 2 kids with me (even though they were showing on my booking). We ended up having to make our own sofa bed and didn't get the normal welcome info (so didn't know until we bought drinks that tea and coffee was available free in the lobby - there aren't any tea making facilities in the room).

Nice hotel in a good area. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most of the staff were really nice, except for one of the ladies that was at the front desk one morning. We had paid for our breakfast the night before and she didn’t believe us, even though we were showing her the receipt. She was extremely rude about it. She finally said “just go”. Breakfast didn’t have a good variety. Other than the breakfast fiasco, our stay was good.

Sehr saubere und praktische Zimmer, Parkplätze gegen Gebühr am Hotel - kostenlose direkt gegenüber vorhanden. An der Rezeption bekommt man sehr nützliche Hinweise von sehr hilfsbereiten und netten Menschen. Frühstück kann vor Ort gebuchr werden. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Hotel is a bit far from everything, only accessible for people with car. Free parking across the street, very good price for the room and services provided

Het ontbijt was goed. Het was fijn dat bij (veel te vroege aankomst) we toch op de kamer mochten. Jammer is dat er geen medewerkers zijn die de bar bedienen in de avond en dat in de ochtend, tijdens het ontbijt, medewerkers een meeting hadden en wij het gesprek woordelijk konden volgen. Niet echt handig en storend tijdens het ontbijt.

Didn't pay for the breakfast. Around €16 so bought breakfast at Haarlem train station and brought it back to room.

Great staff and nice area

Very nice hotel with large rooms. Beds were great, comfy with space to sit or work at a desk. Very clean hotel in great shape. Staff were very helpful. There is a breakfast for about €16 which we did not use. Be aware rhere is train station access at Bloemendaal Station, one stop past Haarlem Centrale. No need to pay €20 for a taxi from Haarlem Station to the Ibis. It is a 15 min. Walk to the hotel from Bloemendaal Station through a beautiful residential area. We use it daily to get around by train. Also few restaurants in this area, so unless you have a car, be prepared to walk or use Uber Eats. Probably would get a hotel closer to Haarlem in the future but not knocking the hotel. Quite good.

The room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a great location for us and we were very happy with our stay.
